you're waiting on the puncture. No Einstein we weren't, took our keys and left. What a disgrace to have him on the front counter, been there before, no problem, after today, won't be going again.

Called in today and I had already spoken to another young gentleman earlier in the week, I went with a different tyre choice by managers recommendation, a good price that beat big tyre places could not beat the price by far. I need, I replied a puncture repair, I then asked the team member did they want the keys he gave me an abrupt reply no, I went in and sat down and after about 20 minutes they called that my car was ready, I went to the counter to pay and asked what had caused the puncture and was again abruptly told to ask the guys in the workshop, after asking a few guys a nice guy yelled out with the answer, I thanked him and left, on driving home I noticed the tyre pressure warning light came on which meant they did not bother or has forgotten to reset it, that to me is poor service, overall I was very dissapointed with the whole experience which leads me to beleive they must be making so much money so they dont need mine, so the next time I need tyres for any of the four cars in our family I will find a company that still understands the ongoing value of customer service.

Worst experience of my life – Worst place you could ever go they left me without a car for 4 days I highly recommend you never go to Blair’s tyres in warilla

Peakhurst centre today – 5 new tyres ordered on phone in morning and had them fitted same day 2pm and cheapest quoted for the tyres I wanted. Have been using them for daughters car as well they have been grate. Show details

middle and outside of both Tyres like new still, so when I spoke to the guy at front desk and politely told him the issue he was very aggressive and blamed the pot holes on the road, he then put me on to the manager, who too was not friendly and aggressive, he also blamed the roads and went on to say you should have a wheel alignment every three mths and the wear on my Tyres is normal, I’m a panel beater and have never heard such rubbish, he did eventually say he would check the alignment but by this stage I was soo disgusted with their attitude I’m going to get four new Tyres and wheel alignment done elsewhere. Myself and my son will never go back and will pass this on to locals I know.

Best tyre & mechanics – Blairs is amazing! Other places might just do your wheel alignment and send you off. Blairs will check all your suspension first and make sure there is a good foundation to perform the alignment. thoroughly. Blairs is a top notch, trustworthy place. Super friendly and very professional. They do mechanical work also and trust me; they ACTUALLY check your vehicle, they don't just top up fluids and send you away. Tell them Josh with the Prado sent you and you want the same service he got!

dealer a ring in case he has some in stock. He doesnt but says the supplier has PLENTY and can have some for me overnight. He was good to his word and we fitted a set next day. No body likes being lied to and Blairs will not be getting any of my business in the future. They would rather sell you a tyre they have in stock rather than order you in what you want

Horrible customer service and level of care – Came in for two new front tyres at Blair’s Tyres Narellan. When fitted was tested and told that I didn’t require a wheel alignment when I requested it. Have no bright the car in for a 3rd time and asked to speak directly with the Manager. He treated me just like another Pearson and told me to wait as other cars are before me. I said to him I’m here for the 3rd time for the same thing on my day off from work! He didn’t care and said I had to wait.

PLEASE!!!....stay away from this place! It’s disgusting how they’re treating me as I now wait for other cars to be looked first. I’m going to ask for a full refund so I can go somewhere else!

Unprofessional – I had tyres, wheel alignment and rego check done. No complaints there. However they removed my baby car seat and refitted it themselves without informing me When I have left the store I did not notice from side of car that they had refitted my car seat incorrectly (as they did not inform me they had even touched the seat ) and I have driven home.… Read more

When calling the store to let them know how extremely dangerous this is and they should inform customers if they are touching car seats as this puts kids lives at risk. The supervisor was very condescending and said I should of known that they had moved the seat. And that they do not fit car seats... so unsure why they’ve attempted to refit it incorrectly if they do not know how. Completely rude and unprofessional when I have rang to let them know to prevent this happening to other customers I was basically told it’s my fault and well lucky I wasn’t in an accident !!! Would definitely not recommend

Narellan staff not helpful at all – Had tyre blow out friday 5;15pm but they wouldnt assist as they close at 5;30pm -good samaritan stopped and changed tyre for me. went back monday to get tyre replaced and they wont do it for me as my good samaritan broke the lock nut. another local tyre shop was more than happy to help so i will never even consider using blairs again! Show details

Will not be back – I put my car in for a regular service at Peakhurst. Was told it needed new wheel bearings which would cost hundreds of dollars. Was asked if I had heard a noise on braking, I said no. Went and got a second opinion , no problem with the wheel bearings. Show details

Great service – I've been using Blairs for years, you just drop the car off and within 20-25 min it's ready with quality tyres at competitive prices.

Good service, but please No Stickers! – I was happy with both their service and the quality of my tires. I have a 2004 Echo and chose middle of the range tires. So far, a year in there is still good tread. Hate their stickers though! Noticed they had applied a sticker without permission to the rear window. Not impressed, these are very difficult to remove as well (As you will probably know due to the amount of half removed Blairs tyres stickers on car windows).

Be careful – Make sure you get the tyres you ask and pay for. No trust in their mechanic. Total rip off. Will not be returning

best service around – took my car to blairs cabramatta for new tyres service was excellent ,Friendly staff very helpful ,great prices would recommend highly

Avoid! Terrible customer service! – Been at Cabramatta store few times and the service received today was so bad and rude from the supervisor! Never come back. Avoid at all cost!!!

Terrible customer service!! – Ordered a tyre from Peakhurst and was advised it was in stock for next day fitting, upon my arrival I was told the tyre had in fact not been in stock and to "go for a walk" for 20 minutes. When I questioned this I was told "we don't live in a perfect world"! I believe it was the supervisor I was speaking to. I will never use Blairs again and have told many others about this unprofessional and condescending service

Top Service! – Had my recent service done at Blairs, service was amazing from the moment I walked in to when I walked out. Good old fashioned service, didn't talk at me with car speak that I didn't understand. Quality work at an affordable price, will not go anywhere else :)
