Why doesn't this Blaupunkt 43 Smart tv connect to a Sound Woofer the blue light is on and that's it . Can't connect it also I have Logitech Speaker's that do connect for Surround Sound but haven't been able to connect these so far. The Mini AV- in what is this for. Had a Normal Blaupunkt tv before speaker's connected. But Power Board went and couldn't be replaced. Anyone please can help. Driving me crazy. The sound's rubbish.

Hi Rae, I have a Blaupunkt Television and have the best sound in the world... 'absolutely & seriously'. The trick is you need an Amplifier Receiver to run your speakers through. At the back of your TV there is a HDMI connection called ARC, so you run a HDMI fast linking cable from the TV to your Amplifier Receiver and this will power your speakers that are connected into your new Amplifier Receiver. You'll need to go into the TV settings and find a setting called CEC and turn it 'ON' this will allow the TV to communicate with the Amplifier Receiver. The beauty of this is you can adjust sound on the Amplifier Receiver with your TV controller. If you think its to hard, there is plenty of information on the internet that will assist you in setting it up. Believe me once you've figured it out you'll always have the best sound with any TV you purchase. I run 8 speakers off my 100-watt Amplifier Receiver and its way to loud at 50% volume, but its the best Home Theatre in the the '+world- '. All the best and I hope this helps.

I contacted customer service who pushed to fix the tv 1 month after purchase. I ended up contacting the place of purchase who just refund these tvs now. So I would say if you want a refund try the place of purchase first.

These things are absolute piece of junk. Mine kept randomly freezing and then would randomly turn off. It then ended up with a huge dead spot and line less then 6 Months. Ended up with a refund and purchased a different brand entirely

JB Hi-Fi sell them for around $1200, mine lasted all of 2 months and it was an ordeal to get a refund (3 months and 15 emails with documented images) buyer beware!

Just return the tv they are rubbish l had the same problems don’t waste your time
Return the item and get your money back, they are an inferior product. Nothing but issues here and the company are terrible to deal with.

Hi. I’m trying to use my chrome at remote to turn on the tv. Can use it for volume but it does not have Blaupunkt option in chrome cast. Is there any other manufacturers that use the same remote?

Our 75in TV loses it picture, will only have a picture for at most 5 minutes then goes black. Sound stay on but no picture at all
Ask them to change the powerboard. I had the same issue. It’s all good now.

Hi Brett, Bluetooth is actually possible from headphones to tv provided that the is an android and has the option to connect via Bluetooth. If the tv is android and Bluetooth ready. Kindly follow while doing reset or go to remote and accessories:
