Disappointed – I was informed I could get a refund if the dress didn't fit or was unsuitable as I was time poor. I had spent some time finding the dress & saw same service member next day only to be told (no refunds and it is their right to deny) only a store credit. I was extremely upset with the change of information. Very disappointing and I won't shop there again

Disgusting service – I purchased a dress and explained to the lady ( [Name Removed] was her name) that I wanted to get it home and try it on again with my shoes to make sure it was right for the function. She assured me I could return it for a refund & when I tried to return 2 days later I was told flat out no that’s not the policy & I was lying that the staff wouldn’t of said that. Never been so disgusted with a store in my life.

Bad quality & overprice – A few month ago i buy new maxi dress for my sister baby shower and seam completely braked. they have a 7 day returns policy so there was nothing they could do. So my purchasing dress a week before the event was a bad decision as already too late to return! I have always loved this shop but am now left dissatisfied and disappointed. 7 days is unreasonable ..surely better to keep customers rather than lose them.

had nothing but shorts to wear to the wedding. I took a photo with the tag still on the dress. When I returned, I took it back to the helensvale store. The worker was lovely & apologetic, but said she couldn't do anything, as I had purchased it over a month ago & I'd discarded the receipt after I knew it fitted & had checked for flaws. She said her hands were tied & that other workers had been sacked for refunding or accepting back faulty products. The product was faulty & the business was not honourable. I didn't notice the seam when I initially checked the dress because it was on a shirring line. Won't buy from there again. Can't access picture to show.

Poor quality fabric - Expect it to shrink after 1 wash! – Spent $165 on three dresses at the Burleigh Heads store. I washed each of them according to care instructions. and they need to be steamed after being washed to bring them back to shape. She then used their in-store steamer to show me how she made the dress (slightly) longer...still much shorter than it was when I bought it. I told her I don’t own a steamer and pointed out that most people wouldn’t either. I said I would not have bought the dresses had I known they needed to be steamed each time. She actually had the hide to suggest I go and buy a steamer, then said something to the effect of “see how you go” and walked away to serve someone else. No refund or exchange offered. What a joke! I won’t be shopping here again...total rip off!

Dodgy fabric , bad service – I bought a blouse from here, I followed the washing instructions but still it shrank. The next day I called and explained the situation. she would have to wait for it to dry first. I left for a couple of hours and called before coming back, I was told that they steamed it and it came up great. Once returning to the shop I tried it on and nothing had changed. (And it was also damp so I am not sure if they even steamed it as she said it would have to be dry?) I asked for a replacement and she said she had talked to the manager and all they could do was send it back to the manufacturer to test the fabric. I don’t go to Tweed often as I live 45 minutes away so I really didn’t want to come back a third time. So now I am left with a blouse that doesn’t fit right. Really am not happy about how it was dealt with. I won’t be buying anything from there again.

to get here within the 7 days as I work and have two boys who were unwell. She spoke to the store manager who totally dismissed the reason why I couldn’t get to the store even though the dress still had swing tags attached, present with a receipt and never worn. She mentioned she would’ve been more lenient if it was 14 not 18 days. I am so disappointed that this was a gift and now I am left with something I can not wear. The person who purchased the gift is so disappointed as she is a regular customer. She spent over $100 dollars shame on you Bliss and beyond and I was asked to leave the store. I wasn’t rude nor did I swear or treat anyone disrespectfully. Shame on you and your manger.

threads we could potentially unravel the dress and surely it was the job of the manufacturer and then the shop selling these garments to check the clothes we were told NO it’s easy enough to cut the threads off and we should expect to have to do that ! Unbelievable ! The shop assistant informed us it was a family business and she was obviously part of the family so it was obvious from the outset that nothing was going to be done. She also told us to wait and served another customer whilst keeping us waiting 15 mins and when I asked her why we were having to wait so long she told us to have patience, rude, arrogant and totally unapologetic with the attitude that the customer should carry scissors around with them !! And please do not leave me a comment that lies as you know the truth and it will be totally unacceptable behaviour which I will not tolerate.

when as I am sick? They were totally good with that. 3 and a bit weeks off work, finally 7 weeks later I am well enough to go and return the top as it didn't fit. When in store I am verbally abused, told that it's been too long since purchase, left waiting for maybe 20 minutes while girl makes calls. Told no refund, get out of store? How dare you be so rude and condescending. I was very nice to you and only wanted to get a store credit as that is what I was informed of on the phone at time of purchase. I wanted to actually spend more and purchase a wall picture. Shame on your terrible service Bliss and Beyond and shame on you not posting the truth in your response to me. Facts are facts, I had 2 witnesses and you lied. Never again to be recommended.
