inappropriate for me to push the recipient for. Poor service, poor resolution, and worse flowers. Save your $170 and purchase from a local florist instead.
Follow-up · Delivery time was altered after drivers gps turned off. Flowers were dead on arrival. Was offered a $50 in store credit on an order of over $150. Finally got an actual refund (minus delivery fee) after a few days and several phone calls.
I have used Bloomeroo twice now and both times they went above and beyond not only in communication and customer service ( I live remote) they answered every email I sent almost straight away. My Friend commented that delivery staff were beautiful and made her smile. You even get Live tracking once flowers are on board for delivery and the Flowers are absolutely Stunninyg. A definite 10/10 . I highly recommend Bloomeroo

I received a Bloomeroo package of flowers and wine sent by my Daughter for my birthday. I was so happy! Beautiful presentation when I opened the box, and 1 week later the flowers are still thriving!!! Very happy.
I contacted Bloomeroo from Melbourne to have a surprise flower gift waiting for my girlfriend on arrival to Carmel by the sea in Queensland, everything ran smoothly and my girlfriend was very surprised when she walked in to the apartment. Thank you for a great service.

Excellent service as I found having google searched for a long time I couldn't find any florist that would deliver on Easter Sunday ( it was my daughter's special birthday) Bloomeroo made it happen. before blocking my emails. Now I look like I forgot to get a gift for her, scrambling to get a late present as backup and also down over $200 due to this scam. Not even an apology and no notice while ordering what time they will be delivered. Please don’t waste ur money or time like I did and report the dispute your bank to get hr money back because the company will refuse to. Also see a lot of there chocolates they sell can be found at Spudshed as they are discontinued products due to issues which u can taste in the quality specifically the rocky road is very bad and I’m not fussy usually with chocolate this is why I selected the beauty product and flowers but they can’t even get that right. But when I panicked and called the office, this nice lady named Kate answered and said don’t worry I know exactly who this is We’ve been getting messages from you all day and we are going to make sure that she gets her flowers on time and we’re even going to replace them with fresh flowers. And I said OK Kate because I’m at work right now and I’m about to break down in tears because if these flowers do not get delivered, I just can’t. And she said don’t worry we’re keeping an eye on this order. We’re watching it like a hawk it’s gonna be delivered.

The restaurant was giving me a hard time trying to say that they can’t simply give the flowers to her and the whole thing is way more complicated than it needs to be and I’m literally on the brink of tears and so I told the restaurant I’m just sending them anyways, and you have to give it to her And I told the delivery driver to basically just give it to the restaurant and order them to give it to her, which he did.
And it was delivered and everything was fine and I would highly recommend Bloomeroo.

We also sent a fudge slab, a polaroid of our family, and a birthday candle. It was all boxed neatly. Overall, it was expensive, but novel and lovely for a once off.
We did have a delivery issue, and I called Bloomero a few times about it on the day of delivery. I have looked a few times (before and after ordering), and couldn't find anywhere where it said deliveries don't get picked up from the warehouse for delivery until after 2:30pm. Our delivery wouldn't be made until after 6pm (the tracking is a great feature, and activates after warehouse collection, by the way. It offers an ETA and ability to message the driver). Which wasn't suitable for my daughter on a Saturday night when she would be out celebrating her birthday, and there's nowhere safe to leave the >$200 order overnight/for the rest of the weekend.
Fortunately, the lady on the phone contacted the driver and the driver agreed she could get our order to my daughter before 4pm. Which she did. Appreciate the customer service on this. This point definitely needs to be noted clearly on the website though for transparency, as it can affect how people order.

I'm in the UK and wanted to send my sis in law in Australia one of the care packages, which contained a gorgeous bunch of flowers and some treats. They were delivered on time (next day), in excellent condition, and she was absolutely delighted with them. Please note: 98% of national deliveries are arriving within one working day but can take up to 3 working days depending on our courier partners, so please take this into account when you select your chosen delivery date.
I understand deliveries can be delayed but they basically just threw their hands up and pointed at this message every time I responded. They offered no help or advise after I told them that my wife's last day at work (Which was a 40 minute drive from us) was the delivery day and I can't collect these if they don't arrive on the day I asked them to be delivered. I then requested them to re-direct the delivery to our house (Which was closer to the warehouse they were coming from) since the package didn't leave the warehouse yet but I received no answer for the rest of the day. The next day, the flowers arrived at the workplace and I received an email telling me "Good news, the flowers have arrived" at my wife's work on the same email chain I ask then to re-direct it as I got no way of collecting them now from there. Completely tone deaf.
Eventually after some more days, we were able to finally get there and collect the flowers but at this point, the surprise was as dead as the flowers sitting in the box they arrived in. Waste of money.
