stock so you are going to replace them with other flowers. This is information you should have known and given me the option to make a choice. I believe this is false advertising. I have used other companies that have never done this! I will not be recommending you and will never order through this company again. I called bloomex and spoke to a nice gentleman who would only keep apologizing but offer me no solutions or compensation!! you can’t take peoples money first and then not only change the order but not even deliver them on the date you promised. You should give customers an option to choose another company. I had people wait back for those flowers to arrive yesterday and today.. who compensates them for their running around????

Poor Customer Service Bloomex Aust. My order was paid for but not delivered as organised, nor was I advised that it could not be delivered - no florist available evidently! I had to phone the 1800 number to check and was told it would take 4 days. I could have gone elsewhere if I’d been notified.If I could give nil stars I would. Now I wait for 5 days for the refund

I paid $150 for that! When I emailed back that I was unhappy as what was ordered looked nothing like what was delivered - I was told I would receive a full refund and to just wait for it to arrive into my bank account. After ten days, I emailed again to be told that as I had been given a 20% discount previously, and they had delivered 'something', that i had no recourse. You bet i am going to find every place i can to 'review' this absolutely disgusting business. Bloomex is a scam! Do not waste your money!!!

compensation, chocolates were offered, but instead we received $2 biscuits from Aldi, which is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, they have refused to provide a refund and continue to offer only a small store voucher, effectively forcing customers to purchase from them again despite the poor quality of their products and service. To anyone reading this, I strongly encourage you to support local florists instead of businesses like this one, which deliver poor-quality products and refuse to take responsibility. This experience felt like a complete waste of money and trust.

nothing like what I’d paid for. Customer service team told me they look exactly like the picture and were acceptable. Requested a refund and they said no, I could have a store credit. When I said I would not use there company ever again after they could come through with the 3 bouquets I ordered they still refused to do a refund. This is a scam and I don’t know how they are getting away with it. Please ensure you report to scam watch and your bank. They should not be allowed to operate!!

do not use this company, they have been taken to court by the ACCC in Australia for taking over a million dollars from people's money the only reason i used them is because I use them once before and it was ok this time it was my mum's 90th birthday her flowers never turned up nor the win or card do not use them

My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day, yesterday. I found them , quite by accident , standing in a box at the front door, in full sun, 3 hours after delivery. I was home, no one rang or knocked to say they were there. Some of the flowers were crushed and drooping. Not a good experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Don't waste your money on Bloomex hampers – We were sent a Bloomex gift box for Christmas that was appalling. Apparently, it was supposed to be gourmet chocolates and biscuits. In the shipping box was a hamper basket with biscuits, pretzels, fruit & nut mix etc, and loose packets of more biscuits and pretzels thrown in on top. same pretzels, 3 packets of the same biscuits. And each packet had tiny quantities e.g. the 4 boxes of chocolate covered pretzels were each 40g (6.5 pretzels), and everything we dared to try was awful, there was nothing gourmet about it. I felt so sorry about the money wasted by the sender - it wasn't even worth giving to charity. The gift message was at the top of the order slip which was stapled inside the card. All up this is the worst hamper I have ever seen. Bloomex should do the right thing and refund the sender of this order, and do something to improve the quality of the products, value, presentation and reputation.

This is THE worst company I have ever purchased from. After my previous drama with the order I was offered an $80 voucher… so to end the matter I ordered the $79.95 bunch and paid $25 shipping only to receive this. The smallest bouquet and a random cheap packet of biscuits (why?). This is such a waste of money. I would give zero stars if I could.

I spent $139 on a bunch and chocolate. The chocolates weren't the ones pictured. In fact they sent coffee flavoured of all things. The bunch was poorly put together and sparse. They take your money and dont care what they are sending customers. Stay away from Bloomex. See photos, what I ordered and what was delivered. I emailed the company and never recieved a reply.

wasn’t meant to be charged to after 24 hrs. I tried contacting them via the chat again & they said no it has to be cancelled within 1 hr so the assistant wouldn’t budge despite me showing screenshots of the policies. I then discovered they have ambiguous policy write ups so buyer beware in one section it states within 1 hour & another section it states free cancellation within 24 hrs these guys just have no idea what they are doing.

I'm disgusted with what they supplied and didn't look anything like the photo and a purchased the extra large bouquet and it was pidly ,,will never use or recommend to anyone !! Save your money and go to Coles,, picture of there website was the small bunch and I paid for extra big lol

apartment number, her mobile number and her email but never made contact. There is no phone number I could find for Bloomex so I had to go online and use their chat. First they agreed to deliver the flowers the next day but wanted me to pay another delivery fee, to which I said certainly not, as it was their stuff up. Then they sent an email a 7pm that night to say the initial flowers HAD been delivered (they certainly had NOT) and there is nothing more they can do. I tried to talk with them on their chat the next morning when I seen their email but they won't even chat with me now. I had a look online and seen other people have had similar issues with Bloomex, so I don't even think the flowers were ever sent. I called ING Bank which is how I paid Bloomex for the flowers and told them what was happening. They have cancelled my visa card and sent out a new replacement one and said they were forwarding this transaction to their fraud department.

I STRONGLY suggest you don't deal with Bloomex!

I complained to them and their response was we will give you a $30 store credit, what an absolute joke, I would never order from them again which I made quite clear, so thats what they offered rather than a refund cause they knew I wouldn't take them up on their offer of a voucher. Disgusting how people get ripped off and we have no leg to stand on to get our hard earned money back. We just keep getting ripped off by companies like this. So please DO NOT ORDER form BLOOMEX. I emailed multiple times and they even responded saying they agreed with the quality of flowers being unacceptable. What a joke this company is. Dead flowers for a friend who needed a happy smile and love. My friend had no idea who delivered the flowers except me because I let her know about the heartfelt note.

received a notification that they were not delivered to the address because no one was home, and they had to be picked up at the Post Office (PO). That is rubbish because I knew they were at home, as they work for us and were working from home the day I needed them delivered. I found out that no one rang the doorbell, and the delivery driver just could not be bothered to deliver the goods. The recipients had to go to their PO to get the flowers and wine. When they sent us a photo of the flowers and wine, I could not believe what I saw. I ordered 50 flowers, and there were only about twenty. I ordered a Wolf Blass wine, and they sent the cheaper version! I contacted them several times and insisted on a full refund. They offered me either a credit on their site, delivery of a hamper on the next available day, or a 60% refund and 40% store credit. I said none of these is acceptable, and I want a full refund. I gave them till the end of the day to receive the refund; otherwise, I will take it up with the credit card company for fraud. After many emails, I said that I would take it up with the credit card company. I received a refund and will never, ever use them again. They were dishonest, they lied and were downright rude. Do not use them at all!

 Follow-up  · The flowers were nonexistent and looked as if they were purchased at a supermarket. The wine was a cheap brand, not what had been ordered. For privacy reasons, I cannot add a photo, but it is deplorable.

Proceeded with my order through the Online Chat. Kero the sales person was very helpful. Helped me with my selection and even managed to to an upsell. I'll review again once the bouquet has been delivered, but was assured it would be magnificent. Chat sales service was excellent.

 Follow-up  · Well needless to say the bouquet was a big disappointment. Nothing like what I ordered. Never order again.

I have ordered several bouquets from bloomex for family. Always delivered on time. Beautiful bunches of flowers and what ever I order with the bouquets, always come with them intact etc vase and teddy bear. Family members are happy with what they receive. If you could use no stars I would. Disgusting service with week late delivery for special occasions. Spent enough money for gold service on time delivery but NO. The flowers were basically withered and dead. Staff were no help they wouldn’t offer a refund which was definitely deserved however they offered a gift card to their company which I will never use again. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED

tracking number. Decided to call them, they weren't helpful at all and had to ask a few times to receive tracking number. Flowers finally got delivered a week and a half after ordering. Didn't receive chocolate or a note I wrote with the flowers. Worst service ever! Would not recommend.

Pathetic and should be avoided .... DO NOT TRUST THEIR ADVERTISING. There is very little "Support" or recognition of their poor arrangments and their "Gourmet" items are simply "Black and Gold" branded goods. Spent $100.00+ and recieved a set worth $50.00 or less. BE WARNED.

FromYouFlowers/Bloomex appeared on my Google search for 'Florists Launceston'. I ordered "30 Alstroemeria and Mason's Jar" for the advertised same day delivery to Launceston General Hospital, for $65.95. but to my home address, 3 days later, from an address in South Hobart, not Launceston. Upon my complaint, offers of "in store credits" ranged from $20, to $35, to the full value of the order - all declined since why would I want to ever do business with this outfit again? Offered either replacement flowers, or some unknown 'hamper', inappropriate for someone in the surgical ward, and could not guarantee delivery date, saying only "2-4 days". Eventually I did receive a full refund, which from existing reviews, I know is rare. If tempted to do business with this outfit, read the reviews first! In all my life I have never had worse on-line performance, for ANYTHING.
