Disappointing delivery. My daughter sent birthday flowers to her grandmother (who was expecting them). They were left outside the closed main office of her retirement village even though her villa details were on the delivery instructions. To make matters worse, they have refused to provide a refund and continue to offer only a small store voucher, effectively forcing customers to purchase from them again despite the poor quality of their products and service. nothing like what I’d paid for. Customer service team told me they look exactly like the picture and were acceptable. Requested a refund and they said no, I could have a store credit. When I said I would not use there company ever again after they could come through with the 3 bouquets I ordered they still refused to do a refund. My daughter sent me flowers for Mother’s Day, yesterday. I found them , quite by accident , standing in a box at the front door, in full sun, 3 hours after delivery. I was home, no one rang or knocked to say they were there. Some of the flowers were crushed and drooping. Not a good experience, wouldn’t recommend.

Don't waste your money on Bloomex hampers – We were sent a Bloomex gift box for Christmas that was appalling. Apparently, it was supposed to be gourmet chocolates and biscuits. Naturally, I expected it to be delivered as promised, but that’s not what happened.
I only found out about the special delivery type for that address when I contacted their chat support at the end of the delivery day.
When the roses were finally delivered, they weren't even the color I chose, and worse, they arrived old and withered. I understand their color substitution policy when a specific color is unavailable, but given the entire situation, it just added to an already deeply disappointing experience.
To sum it up: I paid 130 AUD (I live in NZ) to have YELLOW flowers delivered on SATURDAY, May 23rd 2026. Instead, you delivered WHITE, OLD roses on Tuesday, May 26th.
Disappointing. I will never buy from them again.

asked them nicely to refund the purchase as this was terrible and definitely not worth $180. They did not offer to do anything - just regurgitated the "floral artist can choose..." What is the point in having a selection of different flowers if they are just going to send cheap chrysanthemums and small carnations. I paid extra for a largest size and a personalised sympathy card.. the "card" was not done - it was just my message printed on white paper and stapled to the Bloomex packaging. If they have nothing but cheap flowers available then they should at least fill the bunch to $180 worth, $180 worth of these flowers... you'd be lucky to put your arms around it.... Disgraceful and they should be ashamed, I know I was when I was sent a photo of was was received. This was our gift of condolences for the loss of the recipients mother. Flowers ordered May 11th - arrived to me May 19th. A 'gourmet gift' was promised to the sender for myself, the person receiving the flowers - what eventuated was a packet of rice crackers - $2 at Woolies. Really!?? Gourmet - NOT! It took 2 days for Bloomex to deliver "fresh flowers" with lots of "colour!" The flowers we not full of colour and good luck on nearly 80 flowers with babies breath in them.
My sister was really appreciative of them and loved the idea of receiving flowers. She said that they were not exactly fresh, that they were looking squashed when she received them and sad. She tried to fix them up when she got them. They were poor quality and she said service was bad on her side with zero apology when delivered.
If I could show zero stars that represented this company I would. I don't like doing bad reviews but not only was the service bad, the phone calls when I rang up were like 3 or so minutes if you were lucky then the ph disconnects and you have to ring up and talk to someone else and the ph call is again automatically disconnected and you may have to ring up again regarding making sure they were going to do everything they said as the conversation wasn't completed. This doesn't include on hold time waiting to talk to them.

Not only has it not been delivered you inform me “after” I paid that some of the flowers are not in stock so you are going to replace them with other flowers. This is information you should have known and given me the option to make a choice. I believe this is false advertising. I have used other companies that have never done this! When I emailed back that I was unhappy as what was ordered looked nothing like what was delivered - I was told I would receive a full refund and to just wait for it to arrive into my bank account. Follow-up · To answer queries about my experience - I would have received fresher flowers if I had gone to the supermarket and purchased some myself. Flowers were wilting and the image in my original order saw the bunch in a beautiful vase. A very small vase was added in a box as an afterthought - not suitable for the bunch of flowers provided. I've been a loyal Bloomex customer for many years and have consistently had great experiences.
