stressful activities one can perform, they certainly made this process run smoothly and stress-free. They ensured all items were appropriately protected from damage and were able to fit everything together in the van like placing pieces in a jigsaw puzzle. When arriving at Rochedale South, the process was reversed, again with efficiency and care in placing items where we wanted them to “live” in their new home. 3 bedroom townhouse and we had around 35 moving boxes. The claimed their truck a 20 cm van would be big enough to do it in one load. The load consisted of 2 55 inch tvs, two king single beds 4 king sinle matresses 2 2 seater lounges a 4 place dining suite 2 buffets plus the usual washing machine dryer a fridge and a massage chair. When the truck arrived the driver said they would require 2 trips. This truck wold not be possible to do the load in one naturally thr cost would double. In regard to their "heavy lift" they state- 'Heavy Lift' items that involve vigorous manual lifting (approx 100kg+) are billed at 1 hour on top of the final bill, and are not covered by the Blue Truck guarantee. Show me a family fridge today that is under 100 kg, there isnt. Now this item is on wheels and NO lifting was involved in moving it, A trolley they used and a very old one and outdated one a that was simply slid under it wheeled across a tiled floor into the garage where there was no step onto their hydraulic lift ramp which lifted in up to the floor level of the truck and they wheeled it in, the removal was the reverse of the above except they ignored the ramp placed at the front door and took it through the garage where there was a small half step up FOR THIS THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA HOURS TIME or 79.99 each so called "lift" totalling 159.98 dollars. The funny part, the people lifting this only get paid half this rate, the company get the rest.

The "lift" for the massage chair I beleive was justified as it had to be carried down 15 steps however my wife and I, both in our 70s lifted this same chair up these steps some years earlier so I do question the ability of removalists today. They refused to take a light glass and metal display cabinet purchased from Ikea because it was not pulled down to flat pac form, this from their agreement TVs, fridges, glass, mirrors, marble, flat-pack furniture, retro or outdoor pieces are delicate and are not designed to be moved without their original packaging. If possible, please pad and wrap these items, or we can do it for you. Even then, due to this inherent risk, they remain uninsured.

Show me anyone who keeps the original packaging for years in case they move! Seriously, if you are moving look for a company without all the restrictions and charges that are part of the job, want to retain your sanity, seek a company that places you first before trying to get as much out of you as possible, oh yes, I had to pay them before they would remove the fridge from the truck otherwise they wouldn’t give me the fridge and they conveniently didn’t deduct the deposit we paid to book the truck until I picked it up days later and emailed them to refund the money, slipped their mind apparently. At the end of the day its your decision to use them however I would not make the same mistake in doing so

UPDATE!! After posting my reviews they have tried to bribe me and offered to pay me $200 to take my reviews down and sign an NDA. Absolutely terrible. This was for a one-room studio and somehow still turned into an overpriced, dragged-out mess, costing me close to $1000. than actually working. We ended up doing a large portion of the move ourselves just to get it done — two women (aged 42 and 65) picking up the slack for paid professionals.

They damaged my washing machine through careless handling. After four weeks of back and forth, they eventually covered the door, but not the installation, and completely ignored the wasted time and effort caused by their team.

Poor service, poor accountability, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. Would not recommend.

According the ACCC I can only stat facts of what happened. So we moved house - looking for the hoenstly the cheapest we could found and suppose they are cheap for a reason. Truck I have been advised by the ACCC to only state facts.

To get our money back for the repairs

We had to sign a non-disclosure of what actually happened and luckily we hadn't actually posted any review's yet but the part of the agreement is that we make sure we do not have a review up about how poor they are.

they also sent us their T&C basically saying that in their T&C they are not responsible for any damage (this can be found online)

So I'd probably say every bad review there could be more as for us to get our 475 dollars back for the damages we couldn't give honest feedback about their service.

This is why I am now been in contact with the ACCC and they are now looking into Blue Truck Removals as from what I see we are not the first ones to have this experience

The ACCC also said that what they do in their practice is illegal - you can NOT essentially pay people to get rid of bad reviews like what they are doing so be careful.

*The cost of repair the dent they left in the wall from the fridge has now been paid.

Fantastic guys , worked so hard and were exceptionally careful and knew how to handle all our household items. Just great recommend them to anyone who wants reliable , professional team , will use them again in the future for other jobs too Thanks Steph and Brett

Used Blue Truck for a small relocation, they were punctual and friendly, took care with our furniture and completed the job with no issues. Great price and kept us informed throughout the process.Would highly recommend the team.

Really very happy with the two young men who helped me with my move. Very respectful, and nothing was too much trouble and they went beyond expectations to help with advice and offers for help that I hadn’t considered. I will be using Blue Truck again and very happy to recommend.
