GST is charged in addition to their rate (other companies it's included in the rate quoted) and they don't charge in increments like the other companies do so charged us for seven hours instead of 6.10hrs or 6.5hours. They badly scratched the floor of the property we were vacating and broke knobs off two pieces of furniture. Despite being told they were fully covered with damage to property insurance , it turned out their insurance was minimal and would not cover the damage caused, even with photos to show. Worst removal ever. They left out a lot of items which we had to manage ourselves with a trailer and about 7 trips. I tried to complain to bne removals and to get reimbursed for damages and they wouldn't return my calls. Save yourself the headache and use the professionals, it works out cheaper and less hassle.

Very slow, damage furniture and do not have any complaints support – I had a 3 bedroom to move approx 6kms up the road. They took 6 HOURS to move a lightly furnished 3 bedroom house. Best move ever – Boys arrive early, and got to it even thou furniture was in a dangerous spot. They didnt stop. Had a dead rat in the middle of my store items. They move it all even thou it was damages from last removalist. Still took care with my furniture and would recommended them to anyone who need to move. Thomas and his side kick work well together and made my day.

Excellent Customer Service – Cannot fault these guys, the young men were efficient, respectful and wonderfully professional. Nothing was too much of a problem and were so warm 8n dealing with moving my Mum's prized possessions into her new assisted living unit. Many glass cabinets and delicate ornaments were treated with such care. Thanks for making a very difficult move that more bearable. Highly recommend.

On time and professional, but check the account – We moved furniture from a storage unit in Brendale to a house close by. The two men did a good job and were polite and puntual. 9.30 am Friday. I rang the company on the Monday after my email was not answered and was told a different department would be in contact with me it is now 2.30 pm Tuesday and still no call or email has been recieved. The men who did the removing are a positive for your company, however bitterly disappointed with the accounts department!!

Just Don't – The movers were rude and unprofessional and complained constantly about the shape and weight of the furniture to be moved. They took far longer than they should have to do the work. They also dropped the furniture on the stairs on the way down multiple times leaving a number of scratches and gouges in our furniture. BE AWARE the t's and c's require the customer to pay $500 of excess for any damages or losses. If you don't have that money, DO NOT use bne removals. It's not worth it.

Good, but slow service – We had a 2 bedroom apartment move that took 4.5 hours! Whilst the guys were friendly and professional, they took such a long time to move not much stuff. In the end we helped them significantly to get it done as we were on a half hourly rate. Ended up paying $650 when we thought it would be more like $300. Likely wouldn’t use them again unfortunately.

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company – Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company of unprofessional removalists with no experience. They use a Europcar rental truck to move stuff and clearly had no idea what they were doing. They work slow to charge you more and they are not careful with boxes or furniture (coffee table, washing machine hoses and others). Price was $200 more than initially quoted.

Great Removalists! – We used BNE Removals back in July 2018. We moved our 1 bedroom unit. The guys who came were BRILLIANT! This is the second time we’ve used them. Great cheap and careful service!

Just pay a bit more and get good service, protect your property.

Don't Use This Company! – Very slow and poor service, broke two TVs, dented furniture and broke some glass wear. Called to complain and I was advised no one is available to talk to me and the only way to make a complaint is to email a support helpline. Two very young guys with no experience. No one will take responsibility. Would not use again.

Horrific Removal Experience – ** DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND PAY AN EXTRA $5 P/H AND GO WITH A RELIABLE REMOVALIST. ** Worlds easiest move turned into a nightmare when BNE Removals failed to turn up. Confirmed booking in the morning of the move, followed by SMS from the driver advising they had been running 1.5 hours late - On trying to call the phone had been turned off. After three hours of waiting, I gave up.

the stated price when you call up was less than the actual price and was less than the prices in the confirmation email, but not significantly.

Note also that the removalists we had did not have insurance for breakages e.g. glass, and they don't tell you this when you call up to book - even though they ask what you are moving and know you are moving glass. So check the insurance when you call up as well. The removalists may ask you to sign a waiver for awkward items, which we did and it was all fine.

Great job guys, went above and beyond for us! – This is the second time we have used BNE Removals and both times they have been on time, polite and efficient. This particular time John & Tommy moved furniture from above a workshop space down a LOT of steep stairs with ease. Then they also picked up a large timber outdoor setting we purchased on Gumtree the day before and delivered and unpacked at the house. Thanks guys for your extra work, it was much appreciated.

Stress free, Friendly and Safe – This was the second time I used BNE Removals. Being a young single female I really appreciated the professional service of this company. The guys that helped me out were lovely and positive, they made moving into my new home a really enjoyable experience. The price was the best I could find as well so there's a definite bonus!

The best removalists company I’ve ever gone with! – This company is fantastic. I recently moved into a third floor apartment closer to the city from out in the suburbs and I’m so glad I went with BNE Removals. The two men I had were friendly and super efficient, making sure everything was done quickly but carefully to ensure cost effectiveness. They made the whole experience much less stressful for me. could only move about 1/3 of our furniture unless we agreed to multiple trips (estimate in excess of $1,300 plus additional travel time). Damaged our fridge with a large gouge put in the door (guys hid it by turning fridge around where it couldn't be seen so not noticed until after they left). Was told they have no insurance from fridge damage and because I didn't stop the movers from leaving it was my fault. Have not responded to further email. It seems like they hire a truck and pay backpackers to do the moving. Was told an invoice would be emailed to me but have not received anything.

Complete utter discrace – Appalling service, I booked this company a week ago and explained exactly what I needed, I was given a quote and told that the job could be done. Not only did they arrive 1hr late they walk in and say they can't do the job. Disgusting as far as I am concerned, I don't believe they deserve any stars.

Do not book their service, there is nothing good to say about it! – I booked them 2 weeks ahead to move a few items which were 20 minutes away from my place. child's desk and the bbq. Mind you they did this in 2 trips, why you would ask, as they don't know how to pack a truck. It could have easily all fitted in on the one load. We moved less than 2 mins away and they charged us 6 hours plus a heavy lift fee (nothing was that heavy that couldn't be lifted by 2 men). this job should have taken at max 4hours.

Then they still overcharged, which was my fault as I didn't check the adding up on the invoice. But they made us pay them before they would finish unloading the truck. Still waiting on our refund for being overcharged as they cant add up.....

I would not recommend this company to anyone.

unprofessional. They broke my brand new baby cot and made scratches on all over the cot. There are scratches/dents on washing machine as well. They didn't used the blanket they brought. We have to force them to use them. They don't know how to stack items. They took 2 journeys to move my stuff (stuff in 2 bedroom unit). After that I had to take rest of the stuff in my car 3-4 times. They took 3.40 hours to move stuff from 2 bedroom unit with the help of me and 3 of my other friends (3 friends came for the second load). And they charged for 4 hours. 40 minutes were still left and I asked them to help assembling furnitures. But they refused and go. Time to time they stopped for 5-10 mins chat.

You can hire truck and move stuff by yourself. Because otherwise we have to pay this guys and still we have to carry stuffs.

Worst removals ever - Property damaged! – BNE Removals did a job at my house and damaged the property by scraping a sharp edge of a fridge across polished timber floors. They refuse to accept responsibility for their actions despite numerous contacts. They also didnt turn up on time and took a long time to complete an otherwise simple job!

Finally removalist who take care and don't charge the earth to move – Guys I would just like to say that you have removed any doubts we had about using a furniture removals company. hubby was present for the first move but not the second and im sure they just thought they could bully me and rip me off.

They were an hour late and one guy came with an attitude. The broke things, stood on a white table and chairs. Everything was covered in dirty marks from their hands and feet. They were slow. When i asked them to pick up the pace i got even more attitude.

They didnt put heavy things where I asked them to and I couldnt move them by myself. I wanted to complain at the end and deduct money but i was bullied and the guy with the attitude wouldn't let me talk to the office.

I complained by phone after they left and the office pretended they couldn't hear me and hung up. Then screened my calls. I emailed, no response.

broke 2 legs off my dining table. Tried calling their office on completion to complain and they don't answer their phone. All this added enormous stress to the already stressful act of moving. Never ever again. Stay away from this dodgy outfit.

Fantastic service – During moving time I was very stressed and worried about trying to do so many things at once. Luckily the removal guys arrived on time and made everything run very smoothly.
