chipped and they didn't put the valve plug back. When I went back to speak to a nicer person behind the counter he gave me a generic plug which does not fit the tyre and said the chip wasn't done by them as the damage would be right around the rim. No the fact as I checked my wheel before going in to see if I could find the reason for loss of air and definitely would have seen this quite large chip. I am so annoyed as this is a brand new car which I will have for a long time. Needless to say I DO NOT RECOMMEND BOB JANE T MART SHADDY AND VERY INCOMPETENT.

Ali did my front wheels on my elgrand Nissan. He know what brand and size was good , asked if I would like the back ones on the front which I said no Thankyou. I just bought the van and the back tyres are two different makes . Definitely didn’t take the van to Bob Jane. He listened and recommended. YOU WILL PAY MORE – Made phone enquiry, asking for 'run flats', as needed to be ordered in by my regular service, and I left it too late. cost me $560. for two, which included Balancing. Bob Jane's were $885. including Balancing. You may be thinking, which brands ? Sure, there will be a price difference. My old tyres lasted 48k, as 'cheapies'. I bet these 'top brand' ones won't go the same distance ..... Finally, the installer at Bob Jane put the two new tyres on the rear, instead of the front, where they should go. If I could be bothered, I'd call to ask why, but really, won't be going back, so it doesn't matter. My fault for going to a high profile retailer. I almost expected something to go wrong ....
