The service is generally good; however, I noticed an issue with one of the front staff members, I believe his name is Ian. His manner seemed quite rude toward customers. While I was waiting, I observed similar behavior toward an elderly lady. I also received a message to come and collect, but upon arriving, I was told that they were busy and needed to wait..

If you have black wheels, absolutely do not let them touch them they will get scratched and chipped. When I confronted them about the damage, they tried arguing that it was due to a poor paint job. was dismissive, indicating he wouldn't fix them, which felt entirely unprofessional. He even mentioned that many customers have complained about scratched rims and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I completely disagree. In the past 10 years, I’ve never had my rims chipped or scratched. After leaving my car for a wheel alignment, rotation and balance, along with a puncture repair, I got back three damaged rims. This experience makes it clear to me that I will never return. And if you don't want your rims damaged I wouldn't take your car here

Bit of a hiccup with the tyre order but eventually arrived, the only negative. The fitment and wheel alignment was seamless and in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and courteous and the pricing was more than acceptable. Overall a pleasant experience. Show details ·  1

was waiting for it). About midday I was advised there was no separation and felt it was insinuated that it was my fault. After another 1/2 hour, guess what, there is tyre separation. After a decision was made to replace with my new spare tyre, I finally departed around 1pm (2 hours after booking time) When I drove off the car was severely pulling to the left - I tried both lanes to check and the problem was still there. I took the car back was told not much we can do about it, they did take the car back into the workshop and I finally was on my way about 2.15 - with no advice as to what the problem was because they were on the phone and I was just handed the keys - they could have excused themselves on the phone and informed me of their findings - zero customer service. Another customer sat there for 1.5 hours for new tyres to be told after they had taken her old tyres off - that her new tyres hadn’t arrived- she needed to leave for at work 2pm and left at 2.02 with no new tyres- so we had both spent hours there for so little results - customer service very lacking

I came in on Easter Saturday for a punctured repair it was very close to the closing time but the boys managed to get it done for me in quick time ! Thank you ! Show reply

Really poor service and I also feel ripped off – When I went back to collect the vehicle, I noticed they had put on a cheaper tyre than I was quoted on. They said they didn't have the proper tyres in stock and would have to bring the vehicle back tomorrow to get the right tyres put on. $152. Dropped it off the next day but after the new tyres were put on the steering wheel shock that much it was scary. The vehicle steering wheel was also not straight. They finally fixed it on the 3rd attempt. They also charged me $149 for the wheel alignment which I thought was expensive, so I called 2 other Bob Jane stores to get a quote and both stores quoted me $89. So really poor service and also feel ripped off.

Great customer service – I was caught out with a punctured tyre that was unrepairable. I was close to needing new tyres anyway and my tyre size was not in stock so they sent someone out to the central warehouse and I was back on the road in two hours - still in time to pick my wife up following a medical procedure. Then refused a refund at first, then after an argument he said he should probably have called me after putting one on to tell me they were to big for the rim and tell me I needed a different size, on top of that one of he’s workers was swearing and abusive in front of me because he had to take them off ? Then he only refunded me partially and said he’s keeping 300 for the labour! Trust me never go here unless you want to get abused or ripped off your hard earned money.

I had 4 new Continental UltraContact 7 tyres fitted and balanced and a front and rear wheel alignment done as well. Just so you know, after a few days use in the dry and the wet, the Continental UC7 tyres are Simply The Best Tyres that I have Ever Bought! No Contest Indeed.
