Booking my vehicle in was easy with a time slot that suited me. On arrival of the schedule day I was met with friendly service and advice about what they would do. I booked in for a tyre alignment and balance, the staff where right on time but very busy, they took my car not only did they do a great job they also did a battery check and advised me what I needed to do to get a bit longer out of my battery, I have had nothing but great experience from this store with all staff members. Great service – Big thank you to Brian and the team. Got a nice competitive quote to replace terrible old steel rims and tires . Replacements on new ROH RH7 s were perfectly sized and fitted , with wheel alignment done to perfection. Car points perfectly with no drift. And my partner really likes the look. Highly Recommend – Cannot recommend highly enough. I had a space saver tyre after a tyre blow out and went to Bob Jane to get a full-size tyre put on. They were very busy, and it was not that far off their closing time, but they happily fitted me in and were just wonderful to deal with. Very professional and great service. Quick and efficient – My car informed me that one of my tyres had low pressure. I stopped in to Bob Jane and they discovered a nail in the tyre. For $45 they repaired the puncture and I was on my way 30 minutes later. Can’t expect any better than that! Show reply

Very helpful – Very helpful, and Didn't turn my car away like bridgstone keperra did. And I will be back to bobby Jane for further services !! Apparently bridgstone will only supply services to cars that are 100% roadworthy. I had a puncture, they turned me away because I have 33s on my 4x4 ..like come on !! didn't even offer pump it up.
