Scott's customer service skills are amazing! The whole team were nice, fast and efficient. Considering I turned up on a tow truck with no notice to them, I had 4 tyres(that someone had to go for a drive and pick up) and a wheel alignment done and I was driving out the drive way only 2 and a half hours after first getting there. Excellent friendly service by these guys. They sourced and ordered a larger than normal rim and tyre for my boat trailer and got it the next day. Also a nitrogen top-up on my car tyres I got from them was no problem. Did it right away. Price was upfront for 4 new rims and tyres, fitted, balanced and disposal of the old ones. Wrong Tyers – Even though the first time they had the trouble with the tyers!!! I actually forgive them! I was angry and shocked at the moment cause they remembered as another size! I hope what they can always stand by the customer.

Flat fixed fast – Called into store with an urgent need for a flat tyre repair. The folks at the Macgregor store were helpful, prompt and reasonably priced.
