My wife and I had tyre rotations. Service was excellent, although my car’s rotation took a long time due, I think, to staff shortages. After the rotation, I drove to a nearby petrol station for fuel, only to discover 2 small pieces of steel sticking out of the tread of my right front tyre. Mart to report what had happened. The tyre hasn’t gone flat as yet. However, when I purchased the set of 4 new tyres there at the end of 2024, a screw became embedded in one of tyres whilst leaving the workshop. My comment is that the workshop floor area needs to be kept clean to avoid these incidents.
