Excellent service, price and tyres – I chose Bob Jane after going years ago to replace same tyres due to mileage. They explained new tyres weren’t necessary at that time so I returned when I did need tyres. The price was better than the dealer price, the service was professional, and the timeframe short. Honest and Transparent assessment – Rang to ask price to replace a tyre. Once I had a chat, the customer service man suggested I bring it in to see if it could just be repaired. as the ‘good’ tyre was over 6 years old it would be best to get all 4 tyres done. Slightly cheaper overall so I went ahead. They told me 90 minutes to do the work and I received a text after 75 mins. Happy with that thanks.

New wheel alignment policy now that son has taken over management – When father was manager this place was 5 stars. They seem to have a new wheel alignment policy & will do an alignment without road testing or verifying the accuracy of their work (lasers,mirrors & smoke). straight & came out that you needed to hold the steering wheel to the left to drive straight. This has also affected the performance of the indicators, that they no longer work properly. They hang a yellow card from your mirror which reads " Due to the respect for your vehicle and speed limits that prevail around our T-Marts, we have not road tested your vehicle for vibrations or straight driving" They will not accept responsibility or rectify their poor workmanship but will blame your ball joints or control arm bushes. This new policy would of been the result of an employee damaging a car or getting a speeding ticket while road testing. What a good idea, limit your risk & don't road test. I guess your insurance policy doesn't cover road testing. In my honest opinion these guys are now professional scammers at doing wheel alignments. I don't care what your print out shows, the car must feel right. It costs less money to make an old customer happy, than to find a new one. Never going back.
