Carry on from previous review, where they told me the could not balance my wheels then tried to organise new wheels. This car sat on blocks for 11 years still had pressure in the tyres. Now my new tyres from Bob Jane are deflating loosing 10psi a week. Probably never cleaned the rims before fitting. I will never return my cars there, they are so money orientated they do shoddy work. Show details

worth of Rims, which the car does not need. Finally discovered that they had in fact put the wrong tyre on the car. When approached about the wrong tyre the staff were condescending and rude and would not listen. I then contacted Bob Jane customer support and was told there was no one I could speak to, I had to write an email to the area manager , which I dud immediately and I have heard nothing back from them. My car is extremely unsafe to drive and I do not reside in Townsville I am just visiting I am now stuck waiting to hear from them. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge the staff have at that store. Would recommend no one get their tyres done there as they allow people to leave the store in unsafe vehicle.

Spoke to Brian over the phone who was extremely proficient at handling my enquiry. Turned up at the shop Saturday morning and left 45 minutes later with 4 new tyres. Very professional operation BJT. Show details ·  1

My tyre was punctured in public holidays but these guys were open for short period. And I called them they said we can repair the puncture. However, they assessed puncture was not repairable and they instead offered me a new tyre as well. Which was quite helpful. Show details ·  1
