I received wonderful service from very friendly, courteous, informed, and helpful staff. They worked around my time requirements to get my car done and when I ended up dropping it off a bit early they got the work done sooner and got it back to me very quickly. Bob Jane T-Marts offer a great Long Life Tyre Plan where they actually remind you, via text, that you're service plan is due. I've used other Tyre Centres, offering a similar product but leave it up to you to follow up. Great Customer Service, very friendly and helpful. Show reply

Super helpful, and vigilant – First class. Rang early, headed straight in to replace a damaged tyre for a good price. Whilst carrying out the works and inspecting, they found a screw in a different tyre that could be repaired rather than replaced. Super appreciative for this vigilance! Fantastic service – I called the store on Friday and from the minute they took my call they were extremely helpful. I had a nail in my tyre and they said they could see me later that afternoon. Not competent – Took car in after purchasing 4 new tyres 5k ago. They said didn't need rotating which I found unusual but trusted them. No hard sell, but really professional quality work – Had a puncture in a car with no spare. BJ-Tmart quoted repair, fitted me in and did repair professionally and quickly. Gave advice & quote on align and rotate, but didn’t try the hard sell. They let me decide. Recommended. A really positive experience. Modbury SA Outlet – Picked them due to location but picked a gem. Emailed Sunday for fitting Tuesday and received call first thing Monday morning. Experience was friendly, professional and trouble free. Drop car off do some shopping or wait with a cup of coffee, great and convenient location great business.
