Needed four new tires. Excellent service: understood my requirements and budget, gave me a few options and am very happy with the outcome. We were extremely happy with the great service & price matching experience we had at Eltham. The store manager was happy to order stock not on hand for our vehicle, which was done in a very short time frame during the lead up to Easter break. Exceptional customer service – After getting a tech screw in my tyre I had to get this done asap. Being a Monday morning, tyre places are usually busy with puncture repairs from the weekend. Some tyre stores are not known for their customer service skills. However I can’t thank the guys enough for getting me back on the road. As I am a sales person, my car is really important. There are several tyre stores in the Eltham area, but I would 100% recommend you call in to see the staff at Eltham. Thanks again guys.

Amazing service still exists – Made my day/week/month. These guys were amazing. I was told, by my Toyota dealership, that I had an irreparable puncture in my tyre and I needed a replacement. I contacted Bob Jane who didn’t have the tyre in stock, but they got it within 24 hours. It would cost $478 ( not a cheap tyre, and the original was not very worn). Service was great when I got there, but it got even better. To my great pleasure I was asked whether I would prefer a $40 repair, as that could be done. I was thrilled ( and pretty annoyed with Toyota). The fellas quickly did the repair and put the tyre back on the car. Then they wouldn’t accept payment, saying I’d been mucked around by others, and this one was on them. Amazing ! Who knew that this sort of service still existed. I don’t remember the name of the technician (I feel bad for that as he was great), but everyone there was wonderful. Thanks for everything Bob Jane Eltham. I’ll be back when I really do need new tyres.

My job was too small for average customer service – Terrible service and terrible process. If u have to use them, lower your expectations. Personallt, never ever using them. If ur job is small or ur not regular go to smaller player. Personally F### Frustrating. Zero service and compassion... greedy for good measure.

Great professional service – We walked in got a quote which was competitive and we decided to go ahead with changing the tyres that day in what appeared to be a busy Saturday.
