of the deal when purchasing the tyres. Two months later we had a slow flat fixed free of charge when we picked up a rogue nail. At the same time the guys did another wheel alignment when I had some concerns about the wear on the front tyres (probably related to the dirt road we live on and the wide wheels/tyres on the X5). No charge for this either. With every visit the staff at Sunbury were professional, courteous and obliging - as I said at the start of this review, I can’t fault them. When we’re due for our next set of tyres, Bob Jane Sunbury will be first cab off on our list.

Friendly service but they screwed up the wheel alignment twice, it took 3 visits to get it right. The car was perfect before I took it in, so they actually made it worse. All I wanted was 4 new tyres, it ended up being a lot of time wasted.
Best place in Victoria to get your tyres and Wheel Alignments. Very happy with the end result and drives straighter than it ever has. The cleanest workshop I have ever seen, obviously they look after there equipment and customers cars as well. Show details · 1

BF Goodrich Advantage Control Tyres purchased from Bob Jane Tmarts in Sunbury Victoria – My Daughters tyres were ok for 30,000 km but then all of a sudden the total tread from the right rear separated from the two side walls and I mean she said it went bang and she saw the tread rolling past her into the bush - she was doing her usual 80kph on a sealed road from work and has never abused the tyres nor did she notice running over… Read more
anything that could cause such a catastrophic failure. Her suspension is sound and not misaligned as per invoice quoting $79 Alignment but the installer, as per usual, said she must have run over something. If that was the case both the front and rear tyres on that side would be cactus not just the rear - I have never seen a total instantaneous tread separation from both sidewalls in my 60 years of dealing with mechanical failures so based on the limited response from the installer I recommend that you do not purchase these tyres as in my opinion they are dangerous.

Worst Tyre Experience Ever! DO NOT GO TO SUNBURY – Terrible service, the Sunbury shop were not able to do a wheel allignment correctly first or second time. Had to take my car to a competitor to get my steering wheel straight and true. Scratched my alloy rims around the lug nuts on all four rims and scratched the faces because they were placed face down when changing the tyres. Manager fobbed me… Read more

Repair of a punctured tyre – Attended Bob Jane Sunbury and spoke with Frank who organised for the rear left passenger wheel on my Chrysler 300C to be inspected for a slow leak. Frank was extremely efficient, polite and the tyre was fixed in rapid time and at no cost. Thanks also goes to the young man (didn't get his name) who repaired the puncture and rebalanced the wheel.
