My partner didn't like the watch I purchased from Bodying Australia so I asked if I could exchange for another, more suitable watch. At first they replied that it had to be returned within 30 days of purchase but when I explained it was a Christmas gift and was being returned within seven days of my partner opening it, they obliged. It was frustrating though that they would only reply intermittently when I was trying to organise things this end.

I had to return the watch to a Malaysian address (so that meant more expensive international postage) and once it was received they would dispatch my new order. It was delivered within three weeks and I am happy with my purchase. Once again I received tracking emails and it was packaged securely with tags attached.

They are not an Australian company which we are led to believe and in future I will buy at local jewellery stores to avoid the hassle if I change my mind or have any warranty issues.

Anxiety attack – I purchased a tag heuer aqua racer 300m from this company at a great price of $ 1950.00 versus $2500.00 in store. after being told my watch will be sent asap. I read this website and I freaked out over the comments. I tried to cancel my order, but to no avail. 4 emails later to try and cancel, i get an email saying your watch is sent. It came quick via priority. I opened it today and everything looked legit. I checked with TAG HEUER on the serial numbers and the watch is authentic. Glad i saved the money the watch is great, but i think next time I would just pay the extra.....save on the stress. Nightmarish experience. Dodgy business – Bought a watch, got confirmation email. Next day, order was cancelled and the same watch put back on sale for a higher price. All enquiries fell to deaf ears, bodying.com.au has not responded. They just keep sending automated email reply. Never buy from this seller.

My experience with Bodying – I was looking for a nice Valentine's gift for my wife. My experience with Bodying was nothing short of superb. I dealt with Emily throughout the entire process. She was polite, sincere and excellent knowledge about watches. Delivery was smooth and fast. Will definitely buy from Bodying again!

Didn't work out, left me hanging and i had to chase up Paypal – Ordered a watch, money was held up somewhere, and a month later thankfully Paypal got my money back, but as soon as bodying realised the money wasn't forthcoming they stopped responding...try somewhere else i reckon.

that was more of a dress watch. This one is water resistant to 200m with a screw in crown. Service was prompt and I was informed when the watch was sent and given a tracking number. No complaints and would purchase again from them.

They list products as being in stock which they can't supply – After reading previous reviews I tested Bodying Australia by asking if they could supply a watch they had advertised as in stock before buying it. interested in other watches (the classic bait and switch). Try yourself before buying, the only number I could find to contact them was in Malaysia but it's cheap on skype, +603 6253 2288. Make sure you pay on paypal to get some buyer protection or on credit card if your credit card gives you buyer protection.

This type of retail strategy is exactly why we have consumer protection laws in Australia.

may end up being faulty. Also they are the only company who have ever asked for proof of my bank statement with the watch money detailed on it. This I objected to vehemently as I have never been asked to do this before. Luckily is was a low value card rather than my main card. repair with "official HB service center" (address is in in KL) and then it went silent. 7 months in I still haven't seen my watch and today they've replied that "sorry warranty doesn't cover it"... I doubt my watch went anywhere and will be trying to recover my money through PayPal

during the order processing time...yeah right. The worst thing was I was tossing up over this watch and a very nice pre-owned Seiko Astron on Ebay. Needless to say the Astron has been sold. Had I known the Certina was not in stock I would now be the happy owner of the Astron. A very upsetting experience and I'll be letting Certina and Swatch know about these practices. To me "in stock" means you have it at your warehouse now for immediate delivery not...Yeah okay pay us the money and we'll let you know if we can get one you know er whenever we get around to it.

These Guys SUCK!!!!! – Buyer beware. They have no stock! They take your money FAST. Then two weeks later, Oh Sorry we have no stock, do you want to buy something completely different. They Are REAL DODGY. Stay away. You have been warned.

Complete Incompetence – I highly recommend to people they stay away from this lot. They are a complete waste of time. They have no idea of their stock or the availability. They first try to lock in your payment then attempt to bargain with you regarding other items that they don't even know they have. They even attempted to get me to do a direct bank transfer. None. Slow, unknowledgable, unreliable, dodgy, disorganised, etc etc..

Great website! – I recently bought my Breitling SuperOcean from this site. Saving heaps! Everything went nice and smooth. I received my watch on time. My watch was and is perfectly fine. I received a refund in four days. And they have since removed the watch that I ordered from the website. Failure to provide any goods or services in exchange for money.

Horrible experience – Save your money and stay away from Bodying.com. I would never purchase another watch from this “shady” website. I was sold a defective Certina watch which never worked. Seller located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, told me to fix the new watch myself and, when I refused, would not agree to replace it with a factory new working watch. I finally got my money back thanks to PayPal. They tried to sell me a defective watch

Easy transaction and happy – I bought a Seiko kinetic for less than half of the price in the shops. I am very happy with the service, communication from Bodying, delivery time and obviously the price. After this experience I would be happy to purchase from this company in the future. I have no idea what the service is like if you have faulty goods, but I imagine they would sort things out if there was a problem. Cheap, huge range, fast delivery and great communication
