The scooter is great. It has so much power it spins the wheels when you take off. The transport company Allied express are hopless they were two weeks late and could not tell me when it was. Show reply

I purchased the Bolzzen Commando a few years ago and use it to commute a few times a week. The battery still holds up well and the scooter is still in good condition. This model was one of those identified in the recall. I had contacted Bolzzen and they provided me a part to resolve the issue promptly and free of charge. I'm due soon for an upgrade and will be going with Bolzzen again. Team were freindly and helpful. Show reply

I’ve owned a few e-scooters and the phoenix 6026 is a pretty sick unit. Beth and the crew have been great with after sales and were very helpful with enquiries. Scooter has awesome acceleration and a good range. Thanks Bolzzen!!!

speed the steering damper helps by about 80% but still can scare the crap out of you. Over all I like this scooter as is reliable and so far good after sales support.

 Follow-up  · How did the service team help exactly? *As I didn't want to go through the warranty as typically this takes a while from my experience, so I made an agreement that I will purchase the brake and they replaced without labor costs and they did quickly, Creat8tive skate did prioritize this job for me. What’s the worst wobble moment like? *Almost uncontrollable, very dangerous. What fixed the rear disc brake issue? Replaced disc break.

The scooter rides well it self but disappointed with the quality of the scooter and the poor customer service. Blamed the issues on how the scooter has been ridden which was not correct as the issue occurred the second day we had the scooter. The customer service was slow to respond and blamed me. The scooter rides well for the price point and does have a long range ride time so that helps make up for my disappointment.

I have a Bolzzen Magneto 4818 e scooter. It gets used most week days and has been a reliable unit. I have needed some spares for it, tyres, tubes and parts and the service people were fantastic. Very helpful and the parts were shipped quickly.

I purchased a gladiator about 3 years ago nearly 5000km's and have been very impressed with the reliability, performance, power and comfort. It flys up hills hardly slowing down on steep ascents. The wide deck is ample room for both feet together and adjustable height bars are also very good. I had one fault with the stem and bolzen were very fast and tentative in fixing it. Overall I would definently reccomend the gladiator to anyone.

I bought a Bolzzen gladiator escooter and I could not be happier i have had other escooters and none match the comfort and performance of my gladiator, the ride is smooth with the suspension the bars and neck of the scooter are solid and the brakes are fantastic , i recommend this product without hesitation

Stay away from Bolzzen Commando. Could have lost my life! Bolzzen are cheap junk made in China and there was a recall on this model. Dangerous and defective E-Scooters. DO NOT BUY A BOLZZEN

Never again! – Never again! Do not buy a Bolzzen scooter. It is of poor quality and has a battery that falls after 400km of use. Poor customer service that blames you and does not take responsibility or honour the warranty. You have been warned!!!!!

Awesome and Best Scooters we have owned – Myself and my wife own three Bolzeens, Tge mighty Gladiator, the awesome commando and the Atom for our grand kids. Bolzzen scooters need quality checks – Update.. E-move bikes never rectified the issue. This is the Bolzzen i bought January this year for my son. had to contact bolzzon as they had no intentions to notify me. So I provided a picture of the front of my current licence.. then the next day (we'll after midday mind you.. ) they requested the back of my licence and I provided.. after needing all that they tried to say that my delivery adress had to be the same as my licence.. (first I have ever heard of it as I know myself and alot of other people very often purchase something in one state as a gift for so.eone in another . Not at bolzzon .. o no no.. YOU MUST HAVE SAME DELIVERY AS LICENCE OR THE.REFUSE TO SEND .. and on top of it all I was told that it had been refunded and.would be almost instantly returned to my account.. this was yesterday and I still have not received a thing. So I stand strong on my word when I say WORST COMPANY PERIOD TO EVER DEAL WITH AND WOULD STRONGLY AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND APPRECIATE BASIC MANNORS . Blitzz by Bolzzen Electric Balance Bike – Bought for Christmas, charged up and lasted 10mins Max. Then had charging issues, wouldn't charge therefore bike couldn't be used. multiple times and it lasts Max 10mins. Cannot tell if its charging or not. No lights etc to show its charging. Yes there is sufficient power being supplied. No instructions and can't find anything online..would not recommend this bike.

Faulty Scooters – Had my bolden Commando Scooter auto accelerate into a wall after 1 month of ownership, not to mention the card reader and charger port blowing up, Got a refund and brought a Dragon. Rubbish Scooters, stay clear. Faulty from the factory, not to mention they handle like sh!t. Skinny tyres, skinny frame etc. Range is very bad on all bolzzens. Will be sticking to dragon like others, they know what their doing.

Terrible Scooters – Terrible Scooters, have owned 3 and they have all been trash. Frame and electrical issues. Stay clear from this brand, they rebrand cheap scooters as their own which are almost guaranteed to fail.

FIRST CLASS Product and service – I now have 4 Bolzzen scoots in my personal fleet with one of them travelled over 4000 KLM - Never had an issue with any of them. On the odd occasion I have needed to contact Bolzzen RE settings or new tyres ETC - They have always responded promptly and are happy to assist. members. Many of them are now also riding Bollzen scoots and I have recieved little to no negative feedback. I'm surprised to read here that some people are having an issue with the product/company. We have been dealing with Bolzzen for over 2 years now and find the company amazing to deal with.

Dangerously low quality scooters – $1800 scooter failing after six months - very low quality. DANGEROUS faults. Build quality terrible, lucky to get year out of it. I ride a few km’s to work each day on a bike path and the scooter is failing spectacularly.

nice and smooth. Or little one absolutely loves it! We'd got it on sale, but I can see where the money is and would be happy to pay full price next time. We haven't had to deal with customer service so can't comment on that...

** So, since having the bike, it's needed to be taken to Brisbane for repairs and warranty a couple of times. Customer service has been friendly, but at times, slow. After having issues in January this year again, we took it back to Scooter bros who replaced the battery and apparently fixed some loose wiring - how've the bike returned with the same issue. We're now 2 months without being able to use it and still waiting on customer service on what to do. We're over an hour away from the bike shop in Brisbane that does servicing - so it's not been much fun going back and forth - particularly when the issue hasn't been resolved. I'm wondering if they're not replacing it for top this being known issues with the bike..... but watch this space - waiting for a response.

rating, the Bolzzen motor filled up with water and rusted out. So it cost $350 for a new motor. From that day, I did not take the scooter out even if there was a cloud in the sky. 6 months later I went to plug in the charger and there was a huge spark and now the scooter no longer works. Took to Scooter Bro's for repair and they told me there is no warranty because of the previous water damage (that they fixed) and it would cost $950 to fix. Why would I pay the near new price to fix the worlds worst scooter? One of my friends bought the newer model of the Bolzzen and it kept turning off on him, fortunately he was able to get a refund. I suggest avoiding this brand like a plague. It is made up of the cheapest parts you can buy and if it sees water you might as well say goodbye. This is not like the hire scooters that live out in the weather. Bolzzen and Scooter Bro's are in bed together, do not trust either company.

them when my partner was walking beside her scooter and it just took off by itself! Very scary walking with the scooter and it just launches! So I said I’ll ride yours and you ride mine back to the car. Sure enough it did the same thing to me! Holding on for dear life while a 25kg scooter tries to launch in your hands is bloody scary. This was the first time I had ridden my partners scooter and I noticed the back brakes didn’t work. When I say they didn’t work, I mean they could slow you down slightly but had no chance of stopping you. I asked “how long have the back brakes been like that?” My partner said they had been like that since we got them and that she thought that’s how they were supposed to be. I called Bolzzen the next day and explained what had happened. I was super disappointed with the response I got. They said that it is not covered under warranty because we could have broken them or been riding them in a way to cause damage. Nothing I could say would convince him otherwise. The thing that really made me angry was when he said “if I had to fix everything that people call up about I’d be out of business” well…… if your product is that dodgy and you won’t honour your warranty then maybe you shouldn’t be in business! I had no choice but to take it to a local bike shop for them to fix the brakes at my own cost but guess what? It couldn’t be fixed without a proprietary bleed kit! The bike shop tried 2 different bleed kits and neither were compatible. I rang Bolzzen back to ask what do I do now? He said he would send out a Bolzzen bleed kit to the bike shop so it could be fixed. I thought ok that’s a fairly redeeming offer. Well…….. it’s been almost 2 months now and no bleed kit! So at the end of the day I’m down $50 of my own money to the bike shop and haven’t been able to ride our scooters for almost 2 months! Would never buy a Bolzzen scooter ever again and warn others of this dodgy company.
