Re Bonaire ducted reverse cycle air conditioning I have a Bonaire B016RT Outdoor compressor. The problems are as follows 1/ the fan air is blowing backward towards the wall 2/ whenever the outside temperature hit 37degree, the motor will cut off and the remote control inside the house will read “reset” and few minutes later starts to blow hot air

Could someone advise what is the likely problem and any suggestions.

Hi Frank, Unfortunately we don't service Bonairs anymore. Hence selling all parts. You might have to contact bonair for the same. Could be just low on Gas.

Hello Yvonne, does your unit comprise of 2 compressors? If it does we would recommend changing the unit as they are very difficult to maintain after breaking down. Would be good if you could send us a photo? Unfortunately product review blocks email addresses.
