  Verified OHL-25ID 2.5kW

A few months in and seems pretty good – We had one 5KW and two 2.5KW units installed almost three months ago and everything seems to be going well. As spring was another La Nina one, we used the units to heat more than cool. Now that summer has finally got going, the cooling seems to be going OK too. Units run nice and quietly, externally. A little noisy when the fans are turned up, internally, but that's to be expected. Only real issue I had was with getting the WiFi dongles working. Seems that, despite the app (called Intelligent Air) being the official app for these units, the units aren't actually listed as specific models, when looking for them while pairing them in the app. This may be why it seems the app is missing a reasonable number of the functions that are available on the remotes, which is a bit poor. This needs improvement from Bonaire. Their model AC units should at least be listed in the app!

Units seem pretty good but WiFi option is not working properly – We had one 5KW and two 2.5KW units installed more than six months ago and everything seems to be going well, with the units themselves. However, the real issue I'm having is with getting the WiFi dongles working properly with their app. The problems start with their official app (called Intelligent Air) for the units not even listing these AC units as a supported model, while pairing them in the app. This may be why it seems the app is missing a reasonable number of the functions that are available on the remotes and the units don't seem to be controlled properly from the app. e.g. Setting temperature triggers and any of the automation features, in the app, appears to be unreliable, in terms of the temperature detected as well as the temperature set. Setting the device to a temperature and having set to Auto, will sometimes blow hot when it should blow cold and vice versa!

Basically, the app simply doesn't do what it says on the tin!
