I would not recommend this company as they seem to contract out their services to random people and cannot guarantee their cleaners for specific days and times. We engaged Bond Cleaning in Wollongong for our end of lease clean, accepted the quote of $620 for our two-bedroom/ two-bathroom unit and paid upfront, while specifying the day we would need the clean done due to the end of lease on our rental (which was a Monday).
A specified time the cleaner/s would be arriving has not been confirmed in the lead up to this day, so we tried several times to call them over the weekend prior to the Monday with no answer. Monday morning we called again several times, and finally got onto someone, who after putting us on hold to "check our booking" informed us that the cleaner was sick and wouldn't be able to do our clean on this day. They had made no effort to contact us in regards to this, and were not apologetic at all.
We arranged with our real estate agent to instead do the clean the following day (Tuesday), which the cleaning agency said would be achievable after back and forth calls from us throughout the Monday afternoon/evening with their "customer service". Tuesday rolls around and the cleaning company then tells us at around 9:30/10am (after we call them again to check) that they still have no available cleaner to do the job.
They did not understand the urgency of the lease being ended, our bond being at risk, and that a new tenant was moving in soon. We had no choice but to do the clean ourselves last-minute, with no apology from this company whatsoever throughout the process or aftermath.
The only decent part was that they refunded our money back within about 48 hours.

Review Title: Scam…Scam…Scam – Avoid at All Costs - They will steal your money and belongings I strongly urge others not to use this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable from start to finish. I booked an end-of-lease clean, and from the outset, the process was chaotic. The company rescheduled my booking twice, causing significant inconvenience.
I was quoted $555 for 7 hours of work, which was meant to include a full unit clean, carpet cleaning, and the balcony. I was informed the cleaner would arrive at 10:30am. However, when I attended the property at 3:00pm, no one was there.
The cleaning that was supposedly completed was grossly inadequate. The following tasks were not done at all:
Kitchen bench not cleaned
Laundry not cleaned
No sweeping or vacuuming of floors
No mopping of floors
Carpets not vacuumed or washed
Windows not cleaned
Balcony not cleaned
To make matters worse, my brand-new cleaning supplies were taken. When I requested their return, they were dumped back in a pink rubbish bag, with empty bottles and debris from a dirty vacuum cleaner poured over them, and left in my letterbox. This behaviour is completely unacceptable.
When I attempted to resolve the issue, my calls were repeatedly hung up on once they realised it was me. I have spent over 2.5 hours on the phone trying to address this matter, with no resolution. They have refused to provide any refund.
As a result, I was forced to clean the property myself and hire a carpet cleaner at my own expense.
Please be very cautious when dealing with this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them under any circumstances.

Do Not Use This Company – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The worst company I have ever dealt with from start to finish. Was quoted $480 for end of bond cleaning paid in full. When real estate inspected the property they where unsure if a cleaner had even been to the house. They tried to contact BCIC but where unable too. When I finally did get through to someone they told me that the job had been done to there highest standards and could provide pictures of the complete job. When I sent them the pictures the real estate had taken they then agreed to send someone back with a list from the real estate of things that hadn't been done.
THROUGHOUT Clean window tracks & frames (Dusty, hair). Clean light fittings (Bugs). Clean curtains (Marked, dusty). Clean walls, skirtings/doorstops (Dusty, hair, marked)
ENTRANCE HALL Clean doorframe, doorstop, vent on ceiling (Marked, dusty, sticky substance, hair). Remove red tape from floor. BEDROOM 2 Clean red marks off floors. BEDROOM 3 Place stools back into kitchen under bench. Clean wall along back of house (Marked).
BATHROOM Clean drawers, floors, (Sticky, drip marks, dusty ). Clean shower, shower seal. Clean ceiling.
LOUNGE Clean door frame (Marked). KITCHEN (Include area between kitchen & laundry) Clean back door, ceiling, floors, kickboard PowerPoints, cupboards (Include tops), backsplash (Mould, dusty, grime, marked) Clean oven, rangehood & stovetop (Oily, grime, burnt food). LAUNDRY Clean basin/drain, taps, toilet (Hair, marked).
After a re clean the house was still not done and nothing on the list was even attempted. When I reached out to them again to explain the job was not done properly they said they where sorry and offered $150 refund only if I agreed not to write a review or take the matter further. We had nothing but problems with this company. Attached you'll find pictures of there "Hight Standard Of Cleaning".
Do not use them
I've Mixed Feelings – The clean itself was superbly undertaken, although the team were 2 hours late and didn't sweep the (small) front verandah as requested, despite a "balcony" being included in the quote. The cleaners were very nice people and diligent in their work. The issues identified during their clean were pre-existing, so I've no doubt my bond will be returned. I am annoyed at BCIC calling me to ask for more money at the commencement of the clean; I told the consultant it would not take beyond the quoted 12 hours to complete the task, and I was right! The cleaners left after only 6 hours! So not only was I WAY over quoted to begin with, but charged unnecessarily on top! It worked out the team made just under $100 an hour each, so even with their expenses, taxes and BCIC's cut it would still be over $50 an hourly surely! At that rate it seems I'm in the wrong job! BCIC'S number shows up as "Suspected Spam" (see picture), which my carrier automatically rejects, making communications difficult. So a great cleaning job, but tainted by some disappointments.
