So gutted I didn’t come to this site first. Clearly a scam company. Not responding to messages, no dispatch. All really strange. Do not purchase from this site.

I made an order almost a month ago (#14470), and was told it’d be dispatched in less than 10 days. I have heard nothing and received no responses to my email and queries through the website. This is massively disappointing and quite possibly the worst service ever - if I don’t get a refund or at least some shred of information I will be contacting consumer affairs.

Still waiting on an update on Order #14750. This seems to be the only platform the company responds too. As with others here, have emailed for updates but no response.

Absolutely no answer to emails after hearing absolutely nothing except the initial confirmation of my order and payment. Contacted my bank to cancel card and organise a refund. A week later my book arrived. This is extremely strange and concerning. I would encourage buyers to steer clear completely.

had a response as yet. It is really disappointing to not have a reply, and have such a long delay between ordering and sending. I had placed my order as a gift, which is now too late to give them. my order now is ##11968.

I have had nothing but exceptional assistance. I queried my order as my brother is ill and I wanted him to receive it soon. I queried on a Sunday morning and had a response within an hour. That is exceptional service

Ordered 2 books from here, it's not a scam website, just a lot slower than people are probably used to due to the fact that they're a very small business from what their staff communicated over email. ordered, however it's really 5-7 business days processing time and then shipment time on top of that. I also sent many emails for some kind of update on my books since I saw shipping time as actual shipping time, not order processing time. It wasn't until I gave a final warning that I would have to report the business if I did not receive some kind of reply that I received an email back explaining that they are processing my order. My books were shipped not long after that via Australia Post. I've read a lot of negative reviews and I can't speak for the people that have been waiting a long time for their books with no response whatsoever, however, this was my experience. I hope that helps someone who has ordered or is looking to order.

odd that have not gone to plan have been reviewed here. No one ever does a review when things go smoothly. Well, it went smoothly for me. Definitely recommend.

Money taken, acknowledgement of order, but nothing further. Messages were not answered. No phone number on website. 87% negative reviews - wish I had found this website before purchasing. Strongly suspect this is a scam.

Zero communication - no response to queries ( multiple) lodged online - so frustrating - 6 weeks later - still no book and no sight of of it anytime - would like a refund - but no way of getting a repsonse out of them - NOT RECOMMENDED

Purchased a few books and still haven’t been shipped.. haven’t responded to any email correspondence. I’m thinking I’ve just been scammed.. how is this legal from an Australian company?

I wish I had checked the reviews on this company before purchasing, I ordered multiple books for my kids and have received nothing and no response to any of my emails to follow up. Do not buy from this company, I really wish I hadn’t.

ACCC. Wished I had checked the reviews before purchasing. If they are actually legitimate, their customer service is shocking and business model is non-existent.

Took my money, never saw books. Contact only available through their website form- no response despite four messages over more than a month. I will be reporting them. This is a scam company.

Ordered 2 books (order number #11946) excluding the initial invoice, no communication or update has been made by the order since I purchased it on June 13th. I have sent 2 emails and have not even received an auto response.

Wow! Is this company for real I ordered and paid for a book over five weeks ago and have not had an update from them since the day I ordered despite trying to contact them via their website site weekly. They just refuse to answer and are not contactable by phone. DO NOT order anything from. Book loop as they are a scam.

Book ordered 3 weeks ago - set up account to track but no updates at all. Just a message saying we’re on it. ON 11774 9/6 - very disappointed as I have been chasing this book for a long time and was hoping to get it now that it has been reprinted. Sold out everywhere but BookLoop said they had it in stock. I’m a pensioner and don’t normally spend on books.

Do not use this service. Ordered a book April 24 - Order #10293 - labelled as in stock. No updates or correspondence since, even after 2 attempts to contact them VIA their website. Not usually a person to write negative reviews, but unfortunately this site deserves it. Don't waste your time or money. Look elsewhere.

My husband ordered a book for my birthday 9 weeks ago order number #10293 No shipping confirmation given, no response to the help centre in enquiring an outcome to be given. We will never be ordering from this company again. Poor form having no direct contact number and now I can see why. Highly suggest no one orders from here and sticks with reputable companies like Booktopia in future.

Don't buy from them. I bought an expensive book and it's been a month and half and it's not been sent. I've sent several messages and had no response from them either.

Don't waste your time or money. The first tracking email I received was an hour after the product was delivered. I paid $80 for a book as a gift but the quality was terrible and so cheap looking. Only way to request a refund is to submit a form on their contact page but no responses.
