Wow! Is this company for real I ordered and paid for a book over five weeks ago and have not had an update from them since the day I ordered despite trying to contact them via their website site weekly. They just refuse to answer and are not contactable by phone. DO NOT order anything from. Book loop as they are a scam.

Book ordered 3 weeks ago - set up account to track but no updates at all. Just a message saying we’re on it. ON 11774 9/6 - very disappointed as I have been chasing this book for a long time and was hoping to get it now that it has been reprinted. Sold out everywhere but BookLoop said they had it in stock. I’m a pensioner and don’t normally spend on books.

Ordered a book in December’25 not received as yet March ‘26. No response to 3 emails sent over the last 2 months, phone just rings out. Finally got a refund via PayPal ( now that is a fantastic company to deal with with )

Ordered books for my grandson 3 weeks ago. They still have not been delivered despite being told it would be 3 days. Despite reaching out via email giving the order number and the receipt number of payment I have not heard anything of what has happened to my order. Beware of this company.

I have had nothing but exceptional assistance. I queried my order as my brother is ill and I wanted him to receive it soon. I queried on a Sunday morning and had a response within an hour. That is exceptional service

Ordered 2 books from here, it's not a scam website, just a lot slower than people are probably used to due to the fact that they're a very small business from what their staff communicated over email. ordered, however it's really 5-7 business days processing time and then shipment time on top of that. I also sent many emails for some kind of update on my books since I saw shipping time as actual shipping time, not order processing time. It wasn't until I gave a final warning that I would have to report the business if I did not receive some kind of reply that I received an email back explaining that they are processing my order. My books were shipped not long after that via Australia Post. I've read a lot of negative reviews and I can't speak for the people that have been waiting a long time for their books with no response whatsoever, however, this was my experience. I placed an order with BookLoop for a book that I could not source locally anywhere else. Stated 5-7 business days. I then read through the 20 odd reviews and panicked. Do not use this service. Ordered a book April 24 - Order #10293 - labelled as in stock. No updates or correspondence since, even after 2 attempts to contact them VIA their website. Not usually a person to write negative reviews, but unfortunately this site deserves it. Don't waste your time or money. Look elsewhere.

My husband ordered a book for my birthday 9 weeks ago order number #10293 No shipping confirmation given, no response to the help centre in enquiring an outcome to be given. We will never be ordering from this company again. Poor form having no direct contact number and now I can see why. Highly suggest no one orders from here and sticks with reputable companies like Booktopia in future.

I placed an order several weeks ago and have had no update on my order or any shipping notification. Have reached out to the company several times and heard nothing back. Wish I read these reviews before ordering.

Don't buy from them. I bought an expensive book and it's been a month and half and it's not been sent. I've sent several messages and had no response from them either.

Don't waste your time or money. The first tracking email I received was an hour after the product was delivered. I paid $80 for a book as a gift but the quality was terrible and so cheap looking. Only way to request a refund is to submit a form on their contact page but no responses.

I think this is a scam site. I ordered a book on the 20th March and no reponse. NO tracking. I put up an message on there message section twice, no response. I wrote them an email and no response.

Don’t do it. Ordered a text book for study, website said book was in stock & would ship within a Cpl of days, almost a month later, hasn’t been posted. Multiple attempts to contact them for an update, no response. Asked for a refund, no response. Luckily, I pad via PayPal and they have refunded. Purchased text from another store and arrived in less than a week.

Waiting one month so far. Money gone. No book. No reply.

I purchased a book on the 9th of January and the money was taken immediately from my bank account. I haven’t received any notification from the company or any responses from the messages which I sent via their online form on their website. Like many others I am frustrated with the lack of communication. I definitely won’t be shopping or recommending anyone to use this site.

Ordered a book, payment taken immediately, but two weeks later nothing has arrived. No shipping update, no response to emails, and zero communication. Extremely disappointing service. Feels unreliable and unprofessional. I just want either the book delivered or my money refunded promptly.
