Amazing experience! Jo from the Nunawading store was a legend and helped us out when she absolutely didn't have to. The product is fantastic, and customer service were wonderful when the separate delivery company were difficult. Would highly recommend Boori and specifically Jo!

If you want real quality solid wood furniture for your children, skip this company as many parts of their furnitures are PVC with strong smell or non solid wood materials manufactured overseas. Try preschool equipment or Montessori furnitures instead! Boori is charging 20% restock fee plus $100-$200 delivery fees if you want a return! Horrible experience from the product to the service!

Just like others said here, and sadly I failed to read these reviews before spending 2700 on a bunk bed, the quality and after sale both are bad. Firstly, the bunk bed squeaked like crazy. the 3rd cause; wait a minute! Your bloody design should have addressed that issue in the first place. Now, I have to disassemble the bed which took one day to assemble to stick felts into places which I suspect timbers are rubbing. Secondly, the treetop frame on the treehouse bunk bed is a joke for safety. It only looks cool but my child hit her head over and over in two days. Initially, she refused I take it out but the situation got to a point that the poor child asking me to take it down. Boori refused to take back the unsafe design. The bed just looks good and that is it! The crackle and squeak of the bottom bed and the head bumping the treetop frame are all design failures. The reviews on their website are also selective. I am not bothered by $ here but would get NSW fair trading and tribunal involved so that this bed does not continue being sold with the faulty unsafe design.

Updated review After sending Boori a video of the crackling noise and emphasis on my intention to take the matter to NCAT, a technician attended the issue. He basically spent 1.5 hours disassembling the whole bottom bed and adding furniture felts. At the time of writing this update, a new issue has emerged with one step of the staircase with a gap appearing. The technician is going to return to address the matter. While I appreciate Boori addressing the matter and their efforts to offer better customer service, I am still believing that there was a lack of design check and quality control in the first place. I am yet to follow up the matter re unsafe treetop frame as Fair Trading is assisting me to find a way to return it.

Cot has been solid for many years but it creaks so loudly. Were provided felt pads by boori. I used them all on all sides but still creaks.

not evenly drilled or not even drilled on the rail and the slats. The timer on the rails is not well sanded with splinters too. It seems that I encountered all the problems in the reviews. Contacted the customer service for a solution for that, instead of offering a replacement, they taught me how to install it by applying gentle pressure, since there's only "a couple of millimetres out of alignment". After replying that it is a quality issue and clearly expressed that I am happy with a part replacement only, they still say it's a "non-functional" issue and blame me for being rude?? I simply asked why they gave me an installation instruction but not a proper standard customer service to send a replacement part. After that, they just ghost me. That's how they run this business now, send an item with quality issue and train their customer service not to admit that's a quality issue, but teach you how to install it.

​Unfortunately, the table's finish is shockingly poor for an item intended for dining and for a family. ​I used the table cover for several months. When I removed the cover for a gentle wipe-down, I immediately noticed moisture-related stains had formed beneath the cover. This led me to remove the cover completely, fearing that trapped moisture was causing the damage. ​To my greater disappointment, I found that the table stains with almost zero effort. Even a single droplet of water spilled on the table and left for less than five minutes will leave a permanent, visible mark. ​A dining table, particularly one marketed to families with children, must have a durable and highly water-resistant finish. This table clearly does not meet that standard. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the finish and the table's inability to handle even minor, immediate spills, making it impractical for everyday family use. I would strongly caution others against purchasing this table.

My boys LOVE their new Boori Neat Single Bunk - I was worried that my eldest might be nervous sleeping on the top bunk but he LOVES it - my little one is also so happy with his floor bed. This is the PERFECT set of bunks for small space - I was overwhelmed looking at options with storage, or doubles, but honestly for space saving and young kids this is all you need.

beginning, he was left everything downstairs and blocking the way , I was explained to him there is door to door policy ,after few times argue he finally brought them upstairs and he left the boxes everywhere.

I have to bring in few boxes all by myself for safety concern so they won't hit my neighbors who have lots of kids . One of the big box just right next to the stairs.

And the way he drag box next to the door is super rude and damaged my floor. Please see attachments.

The double mattress has a yellow mark as well, there is no big issue with this I guess however we purchased from boori is because of trust ,now what a horrible experience.

Update 26th Aug : No apology at all absolutely rude and accusing me tell other people the truth. If this is a company who make products for children and shows this kind of customer service, I seriously ask people thinking carefully before you pay them .This attitude means they are not trustable. When I paid 2700 dollars I clearly mentioned at least twice we are on top floor, they said will deliver to the room as they are door to door services .now bad things happened their solution is no apology, accusing, and say something different with when we paid money. Unbelievable .I can't imagine if someone expecting a new born baby and facing this situation how frustrating will be .

completely the wrong kind.

I reached out to Boori Australia HQ and provided some pictures and a video to show what happened. Boori's staff (particular thanks to Jade) were immediately understanding and had empathy for our situation. They identified the correct mesh bassinet that we needed and sent it out to us for free to recognise the unique circumstances we were in.

I don't care for writing reviews generally. But this experience with Boori Australia is just the kind that we all need, especially for parents (including first timers like us) who have had a rough go and just need that little bit of help and understanding.

Full marks for your after sales service, Boori Australia.

Have been using a Natty bed for over 12 months now and it has been a wonderful transition with our toddler, he absolutely loves it. We are now transitioning into a stand alone bed in his own room and realised we had misplaced our screws for the safety rail. Boori were wonderful to deal with and no problem to replace the screws free of charge. Highly recommend Boori.

We love our Boori products. I've got a super solid cot we have been using for years, bassinet and change table. Support has always been wonderful and I can easily purchase spare parts like bolts. Would 100% recommend Boori to any new parents.

It has now been 10 days since our 4-year-old daughter’s bed was scheduled for delivery — and we still don’t have it. either cancel for a refund or continue waiting — not exactly customer-focused problem solving.

We chose to wait.

On the rescheduled delivery day, my wife stayed home, only to be notified the delivery was “unsuccessful” — despite no one ever arriving. When she contacted the delivery provider, they admitted this was an error and that the real issue was missing parts.

Boori then contradicted this, claiming all parts were available, and instead blamed their delivery partner, noting they’ve had multiple complaints about them.

So where does that leave us?

No bed. Conflicting explanations. No clear accountability. No urgency to resolve the issue. And still no confirmed delivery outcome — just another proposed date, now 14 days after the original.

Throughout all of this, staff have been polite and apologetic — but that’s where it ends. There has been no ownership, no proactive resolution, and no real effort to fix the situation.

I don’t like leaving reviews like this, but the experience has been extremely disappointing, and I feel other customers should be aware.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Boori.

personal circumstances, specifically the unexpected early birth of my child and both my wife and new born being in hospital I would be unable to attend a post office for several days. Given the urgency of my situation and the fact that the error was on Boori’s part, I requested that the correct item be sent as a priority while I arranged the return.

Unfortunately, this request was declined.

By their response, you can see that they really do not care about customers, only profit, even when they make mistakes.... No consideration given to the circumstances or the inconvenience caused by the initial error. The resolution process placed the burden entirely on me to rectify a mistake that was not mine.

Once I was able to return the item, I notified Boori immediately. I was then advised that the replacement mattress would be processed for shipping, with an estimated delivery timeframe of up to 10 business days. There was no offer of expedited shipping, acknowledgement of the delay, or any form of goodwill gesture. Natasha in Customer Service is the prime example of how having poor attitudes in customer service leads to future failings

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with how this matter has been handled. The lack of flexibility, urgency, and customer care has resulted in a frustrating experience during what is already a challenging time for my family. I hope everyone reads this before buying with such a greedy and poorly run company.

Great service we have a Boori cot that we’ve been using since my 1st. And we lost the connecting bolts and ordered the wrong ones but they offered to send us new bolts at no charge! Really appreciate that and recommend to all the new parents - their service is just amazing!

We have had no less than 3 pieces of Boori baby furniture over the last 20 years at our house for our grandchildren (I wish they had been around 'In the day" when our children were young.) Now all that is left is the 3 tier change table that we are giving our godson & his wife for their new baby. Still in as new condition. Boori is just the best, keep up the good work guys.

Boori is a brand known for its excellent quality — materials are truly reassuring when it comes to products for children.
