I give Boost a -1 out of 10 for their drinks. it is 80% ice and no flavour can't taste any fruit and paid $12 for ice! absolutely disgraceful. I will never be back

if you want to substitute the juice like pineapple for apple juice so not customised to your care requirements. Its over $10 for an original size which is way too expensive however VIBE members do get specials a month $6 for medium size which I take advantage. I find the operators in different outlets operate differently so I stick to one outlet Boost City Cross - Adelaide. The long and short is the specials are great and requesting your needs will assist in getting a more custom drink.

The best place for a smoothie on a nice day, lovely girls I reccommend.

I ordered a protein smoothie with additional creatine. When I tried it, it was a cup of milk as slurry and as tasteless. I returned it and ask told them its not smoothie. Ordered a juice at Boost Juice at Melbourne Airport and waited for 30 min! Almost gave up so that I could catch my flight. Will be getting my juice elsewhere next time.

Don't know what's happened recently, but I've been a weekly purchaser of the Protein Supreme for years, and in the past two weeks they've lost all their taste, with little substance. I may as well go home, crush some ice, and throw i half a teaspoon of malt protein powder.

The Boost at QV in Melbourne CBD is terrible. I ordered a Pink Lemonade, which is supposed to be made with fresh apple juice, fresh lemon juice and berry sorbet. to alert me before she made it and the drink was disgusting. No refund offered. The young people who work here always look so miserable and provide no service. They must be treated terribly. From now on, I’ll just go over the road to Melbourne Central where the service and store are much better.

Terrible and stingy business. They gave me a half filled drink multiple ones, and the one time I contacted customer service with a photo, they said they won't do anything about it as I didn't complain to the store at the time. The drinks are overpriced anyway and full of processed ingredients and sugar.

I went to get a Strawberry Squeeze and the customer service was bad and but the drink had way too much ice in it. I could hardly taste any strawberry. It tastes like water down strawberry water. Never gonna buy from there again

Ordered a drink in the app at 5:15pm from the Southern Cross station store when they are meant to close at 6pm. can't you just cancel and refund it and she said no so I asked how am I meant to prove to customer service that i didn't get my drink? She didn't know and asked someone else who just told me the same thing, they can't do anything and call customer service.

Of course being after 5pm the customer service line is closed so I call the next day and turns out their phone lines are not operational due to service upgrades, great. So I send them an email as instructed and over a week later I still have no response! I try their phone lines again, still unavailable due to upgrades so screw it I do a credit card chargeback.

Ridiculous experience all around! I shouldn't have to do all this running around for a $11 drink you couldn't provide, won't be rushing back for your ripoff drinks

declined but she did give me the other substitute options (watermelon, carrot and apple) She stated that they can no longer do it. Its against the rules to substitute using pineapple. went to collect my birthday drink but the staff member indicated that I was too late. He saw the scars n my neck and I informed him that I had been in hospital for several weeks. The staff member did not budge wth. Heartless cruel and I will not support this organisation.

Southbank. Honestly, when it's this busy, they could afford to put on another staff person. And perhaps consider a staff person with some energy! The two workers here are plodding around miserably and talking to customers like they are an imposition. Waited 15 minutes just to order, then over 20 mins for the drink to come. Lucky the juice was yum. Service was rubbish.

Yeah you guys have changed up the menus so much that when customising a drink it’s at least $12.50 and up and it’s just not worth it . I ordered a smoothie and when they poured it into the cup, it only filled about halfway. They poured it back into the blender and added just ice to top it up. For nearly $10, I expect the full drink made properly , not watered down just to make it look full. It felt like a shortcut that compromises quality.
