I buy from Boost juice for over 20 years. Recently I decided to use a nickname instead of my name. I googled "best coffee order nicknames". Apart from Jack's and John's, a cute short and sweet name "peanut" came up in top 5. I adopted it and successfully used it every day for many months at different cafes and takeaways. For some reason it had… Read more
different, negative effect at Boost Juice at Melbourne airport. I ordered custom juice, told my nickname. Waited. Waited more. And more. Then I asked where is actually my juice. The girl said that she already announced it several times as watermelon etc. She bluntly refused to say my chosen and accepted order nickname and looked angry, offended. Pronouncing others' nicknames is OK. I told her that she was supposed to just simply say my order name, that I was at work, in uniform and on short break. She gave me a dirty look. Later a similarly young colleague, in his 20's explained that "peanut" is "an offensive word in Australia". I googled it again in disbelief. "Peanut" means a goofy person, is warm, cute noun, exactly as I thought, nothing offensive. It looks like it's that just recent generation is interpreting English vocabulary their own way. What a bunch of sour grapes. Like at any other customer facing job, just wear company hat, smile and say "have a nice day", drop your attitude.
Terrible and stingy business. They gave me a half filled drink multiple ones, and the one time I contacted customer service with a photo, they said they won't do anything about it as I didn't complain to the store at the time. The drinks are overpriced anyway and full of processed ingredients and sugar.
I went to get a Strawberry Squeeze and the customer service was bad and but the drink had way too much ice in it. I could hardly taste any strawberry. It tastes like water down strawberry water. Never gonna buy from there again

That’s terrible—especially the Berry Crush. I paid $10 for nothing. They just added one strawberry to a jar full of liquid (which was supposed to be apple juice) and threw in three blueberries. It’s completely tasteless, and I’m so upset about wasting my money. Show details
i went to the southern cross boost and ordered my classic juice i usually get and it was great but i was denied when i tried to pay with cash? i had exact amount of cash and was told i couldn’t pay with cash and had to use my card which obviously included tax.. ive never been denied cash by a boost until now very disappointed :( i might move to top juice instead..
The self service kiosk is SO BAD - they malfunction and don’t process the order but still charge your credit card! Show details
They make you place your order on a machine, then it malfunctions but your credit card still gets charged. When I asked to have it sorted out, the manager replied that the error happens sometimes and I should get my money back in a couple of days, but if not I can just ring Boost and sort it out. This is disgusting customer service and no one at the shop is willing to help you in cases such as this. Show details
Today we tried the new peach frozen drinks - two of them at boost bondi junction near Starbucks. The drinks were not good so after a sip we said to the girl at the counter that they weren’t very good. She told us “yeah , well , speak to HR “ . Excuse me??? No offer to refund or exchange nothing. So I thought nah, so I went and said what about this… Read more
one sip refund thing you do.? Oh no I can’t do that you will have to wait for a manager she will be half an hour. Done then I decided to just wait. Then after about 10 minutes she decides to call the manager in the mobile. She won’t be back for an hour she says. So she exchanges the drink… finally. Could have been handled waaaaay differently I told her instead wasting everyone’s time. I informed her I would be giving a detailed review.

I have been a huge fan of Boost Juice over the years however I feel the quality is not the same as before. Its basically fruit juice and ice, cannot see them put chunks of fruit so a bit sceptical about it containing fruit. Also, they are not keen… Read more
if you want to substitute the juice like pineapple for apple juice so not customised to your care requirements. Its over $10 for an original size which is way too expensive however VIBE members do get specials a month $6 for medium size which I take advantage. I find the operators in different outlets operate differently so I stick to one outlet Boost City Cross - Adelaide. The long and short is the specials are great and requesting your needs will assist in getting a more custom drink.
Follow-up · The specials are once a fortnight only on selected drinks. They cost $6 for medium size, a savings of $4. The only difference is price and size. I have to say that the recipe changes with each store as I consistently order Pink Lemonade at my regular store but when I ordered it at West Lakes last week it was not the same - very Sour. Over time I've noticed different locations have a different kinds of service and products. Some put way too much ice and no juice at all and some make it just right! Some staff are friendly, some look exhausted or annoyed. Some fruit may taste fresh and some may taste a little off. So depending on which shop you go, and what time of the day it… Read more

Gave Me A Lift For The Rest of My Day – Serve was quick and I got what I asked for. Staff were happy and obliging. I expected a small increase in cost as produce, electricity, rent etc has increased everywhere. Show details

Ordered a drink in the app at 5:15pm from the Southern Cross station store when they are meant to close at 6pm. Got there 5 mins later to pick it up and the shutters were shut and they were cleaning up. When I said I had an online order already placed the girl told me they were closed and to call up customer service and get a refund. I asked… Read more
can't you just cancel and refund it and she said no so I asked how am I meant to prove to customer service that i didn't get my drink? She didn't know and asked someone else who just told me the same thing, they can't do anything and call customer service.
Of course being after 5pm the customer service line is closed so I call the next day and turns out their phone lines are not operational due to service upgrades, great. So I send them an email as instructed and over a week later I still have no response! I try their phone lines again, still unavailable due to upgrades so screw it I do a credit card chargeback.
Ridiculous experience all around! I shouldn't have to do all this running around for a $11 drink you couldn't provide, won't be rushing back for your ripoff drinks
Pineapple is no longer considered a primary base substitute. I use to order the mint condition and requested pineapple instead of apple (due to the overpowering sweetness of the apple. In addition pineapple is better for you). I had been ordering this juice for many years now. I attempted to re order it at the boost juice in Campbelltown Mall. She… Read more
declined but she did give me the other substitute options (watermelon, carrot and apple) She stated that they can no longer do it. Its against the rules to substitute using pineapple. She then said did you still want to order or? I didnt end up ordering and she lost a customer. I wont be ordering Boost Juice again.

Southbank. Honestly, when it's this busy, they could afford to put on another staff person. And perhaps consider a staff person with some energy! The two workers here are plodding around miserably and talking to customers like they are an imposition. Waited 15 minutes just to order, then over 20 mins for the drink to come. Lucky the juice was yum. Service was rubbish.
I I went to Bozz just a couple days ago and I ordered two drinks. It was 20 minute wait then when I drink finally came out there was only one we asked the staff members with the energy was they said that there was there was no lemons and I wouldn’t be able to make it these kids are very very young and one of them did not know how to speak not… Read more
physically but he didn’t have a voice he ignored us when we complained, so we asked for the refund and the lady at the counter said she wasn’t able to do that because she didn’t know how to and the blender that our blending them in they don’t wash them. We watch them just use one, and then use the same one again it was disgusting
Yeah you guys have changed up the menus so much that when customising a drink it’s at least $12.50 and up and it’s just not worth it . Spent all this time downloading the app again to log in and decide I’d rather drive home and make my own cause I’ve got all the ingredients and it’s easier than navigating your app. Just honesty. find the “checkout” page to take a screenshot lol the only way you can get there is by ordering another drink it’s so dumb
Shocking. Charlestown juice bar. Ordered 2 large drinks , completely forgot to put the ice cream in. We got water down juice. This is not the first time but it will be my last. Tired of people who cannot get a simple job right. Its expensive so why can't we get properly trained people who care. Show details
I ordered a smoothie and when they poured it into the cup, it only filled about halfway. They poured it back into the blender and added just ice to top it up. For nearly $10, I expect the full drink made properly , not watered down just to make it look full. It felt like a shortcut that compromises quality.
Employee Ari at Riverlink boost had poor service and gave me back attitude when I asked for a straw. This kind of customer service is outrageous and disgusting. Shame on you. Boost juice is shown as a positive company, but their drinks are barely fresh. I have always had nice connections with everyone else other than Ari. Show details
