declined but she did give me the other substitute options (watermelon, carrot and apple) She stated that they can no longer do it. Its against the rules to substitute using pineapple. She then said did you still want to order or? I didnt end up ordering and she lost a customer. I wont be ordering Boost Juice again.

went to collect my birthday drink but the staff member indicated that I was too late. He saw the scars n my neck and I informed him that I had been in hospital for several weeks. The staff member did not budge wth. Heartless cruel and I will not support this organisation.

Southbank. Honestly, when it's this busy, they could afford to put on another staff person. And perhaps consider a staff person with some energy! The two workers here are plodding around miserably and talking to customers like they are an imposition. Waited 15 minutes just to order, then over 20 mins for the drink to come. Lucky the juice was yum. Service was rubbish.

That’s terrible—especially the Berry Crush. I paid $10 for nothing. They just added one strawberry to a jar full of liquid (which was supposed to be apple juice) and threw in three blueberries. It’s completely tasteless, and I’m so upset about wasting my money. Show details

i went to the southern cross boost and ordered my classic juice i usually get and it was great but i was denied when i tried to pay with cash? i had exact amount of cash and was told i couldn’t pay with cash and had to use my card which obviously included tax.. ive never been denied cash by a boost until now very disappointed :( i might move to top juice instead..

They make you place your order on a machine, then it malfunctions but your credit card still gets charged. When I asked to have it sorted out, the manager replied that the error happens sometimes and I should get my money back in a couple of days, but if not I can just ring Boost and sort it out. This is disgusting customer service and no one at the shop is willing to help you in cases such as this. Show details

one sip refund thing you do.? Oh no I can’t do that you will have to wait for a manager she will be half an hour. Done then I decided to just wait. Then after about 10 minutes she decides to call the manager in the mobile. She won’t be back for an hour she says. So she exchanges the drink… finally. Could have been handled waaaaay differently I told her instead wasting everyone’s time. I informed her I would be giving a detailed review.

physically but he didn’t have a voice he ignored us when we complained, so we asked for the refund and the lady at the counter said she wasn’t able to do that because she didn’t know how to and the blender that our blending them in they don’t wash them. We watch them just use one, and then use the same one again it was disgusting

Shocking. Charlestown juice bar. Ordered 2 large drinks , completely forgot to put the ice cream in. We got water down juice. This is not the first time but it will be my last. I ordered a smoothie and when they poured it into the cup, it only filled about halfway. They poured it back into the blender and added just ice to top it up. For nearly $10, I expect the full drink made properly , not watered down just to make it look full. It felt like a shortcut that compromises quality.

Employee Ari at Riverlink boost had poor service and gave me back attitude when I asked for a straw. This kind of customer service is outrageous and disgusting. Shame on you. Henley beach boost juice Just bought a juice for grandson a watermelon crush. He had to start a new melon. I watched as he put the peel through the juicer . I though ok he must need to smash it to dispose of it . No he added ice and have it to us. I said you just used peel. He said no. As we left my grandson said yes he did nan. $9 for medium juice. They use premade juice not just friut. It tasted like cheep tropical juice. It wasn't thick just like cheep tropical juice. $9 It is a rip off. I don't recommend. Really shocked they are still in business selling this rubbish. Show details

sometime, I have since called their customer service number twice no answer get voicemail which I've left 2 messages and no return call,I then filled in the online form and someone called [Name Removed] replied asking me to give my boostie number which already was on the online form I filled out,no reply back,so I filled out the online form again, and again Amy replied again requesting my boostie number and stated she had emailed me previously which she did, but that's where it stops, boost juice customer service all over is bullshit, don't return customers calls or emails, I won't be wasting my time or money with this BUSINESS again, I have just received an email from them stating problem resolved, how can my problem be resolved when they have done absolutely nothing, let alone contacted me, avoid these idiots, go elsewhere where customers are appreciated

ordered anyways as I was thirsty…You won’t believe what I saw!!!The lady opened the shelves and took out rotten carrots to make the juice!!!!! I asked her to stop as the carrots were all rotten.. with big black spots that I could see from a distance!!! I asked her to show me the carrots that she was using and she said: ‘Sorry we don’t have control over the produce we have!!!! And I said so!!!!!!!!!! Does that mean I should drink juice from rotten carrots!!!! Then quickly another lady came and she said “ I will make another one with different carrots!!! But I said if I didn’t notice, you would have given me this juice that could make me seriously sick!!!…I asked her: Are you not worried at all about public health? And she said “ My manager deals with these issues” !!!!!! Can’t believe it!!!!! Absolutely Shocked… If she received bugs with the produce, she would make juice out of bugs.. or ants, or whatever on it..just because she couldn’t be bothered to pick up the produce that is cleaner!!!

Boost juice should be closed.. if they can’t improve..they are misleading people into drinking something that could could be potentially dangerous ..Sugar content is extremely high too..

A health and safety officer should look into all Boost shops and check how they are operating when no one is watching…and also when there is long queue…I also request the owner of Boost Juice Doncaster to look into the attitude of their staff, towards public health…If carrot is rotten, then they should tell the customer that they have ran out of it, and ask customer to choose another ingredient…instead of serving juice made with rotten carrots. This is common sense….

If you are wondering why you have an upset stomach then first thing you need to think: Did I have a Boost juice by any chance? That could be the likely reason..

Bad service – Don't use Boost juice Mandurah forum. Several customers including me walked away after waiting to be served. Had eye contact with female worker so she saw I was there. Then she was nowhere to be found. Young guy making orders told me to use self serve. I replied I didn't want to so he signalled he was busy making orders and too busy to serve me so I found somewhere else that was only too eager to take my order. Service sux

Really bad – The boost store in Elizabeth complex in South Australia serve their drinks with melted icecream , the worst customer service that I have ever seen real attitude from the staff members.
