I have been waiting 25 days for my order. It was due 16/1/26, now 14 days later booze hose is ghosting me. I would not trust them again.

You should take these bad reviews seriously. I gave Booze House the benefit of the doubt because they stocked a wine I was trying to track down. number of negative reviews, I had thoroughly checked the website and FAQs before purchasing, and there was no clear statement to that effect. When I asked where this was stated on their website, they responded a few days later saying it was in the FAQs. When I checked again, a new section had been added; ironically with an error in it.

We needed the wine for an event, so we had no choice but to use what we received. Unfortunately, the wine had changed significantly from the vintage we were after, which was very disappointing. It should be made far more obvious on the website that customers need to email if they want a specific vintage and that product images are for display purposes only.

Also, when checking the website during this email exchange with Sav, I noticed that during the black friday 'sales' they had increased the price of the wine.

Very dodgy and misleading company. Would avoid at all and find somewhere else to spend your money.

I am Very Happy with Booze House! I placed an order yesterday...had to cancel it, today, due to unforeseen circumstances...They Quickly Refunded my order and offered condolences...Not Many places would do that!! Thankyou So Much for your kind words!

Absolutely zero communication, terrible website. I’d give zero stars if I could. Booze House is just a third party go-between, and all they do is place an order after you have paid them. This means I had to wait just as long (I think it actually took longer) than if I’d just gone directly to the supplier myself. I did not receive a tracking number, and there was no response from Booze House to my repeated requests for information about my order. Note - the chat says “if you prefer not to wait for a response you will be emailed an update”, just as well I didn’t wait in the chat as it’s days later with no response.

LUCKILY I was able to be in direct contact with the absolutely impeccable, responsive, helpful and friendly customer service rep from the supplier (big shout out to Wallace from White Possum - highly recommend checking out their website and ordering from them!).

Long story short - Booze House are a sham of a business, White Possum are 10/10 highly recommended and legit

i would not give them a single star. This company is not legit. no phone number no response to message. I have been asking to refund money and no response. Fake and avoid this company. i am keep on asking ACCC how this company get ABN number and valid website.

I placed an order for 2 different boutique spirits, however one turned out to be not in stock after order was placed. As I required 1 item by fathers day, I reached out, Sav kept me in the loop with options to resolve including a refund or alternative product choice and promptly refunded for one item whilst ensuring other was delivered on time. I dont often review but appreciate the effort taken to resolve this in my favour.

to believe my claim stating that they had CCVT evidence of the order being packed. They refused to enter into any further conversation. In my opinion they are a scam. I will not use them again as there are plenty of honest online alcohol sellers.

BUYER BEWARE - Not legit – If you want to receive something, don't purchase from this company. Take your money, say its with Couriers Please, no communication when you try and chase it up after 3 weeks of it 'supposedly' sitting with the courier company. Tracking No. does not appear to be legit. Unable to contact the courier company/ no response from them either. After 4 weeks, submit to get a refund via Paypal. Suggest you don't waste your money, time or energy.

Potenital Scam - Buyer Beware – An order was placed on 5/9/24 and confirmed on the same date. On 9/9/24 we were informed by Booze House and Couriers Please that the order had been collected and was on route for delivery by 15/9/24. To date (19/9/24) we have not recieved our order and have had no luck in recieving a response from either Booze House or Couriers Please. The e-chat bot does not respond and there are no phone numbers to call and speak with a real person.

Poor exerience – I order two bottles from the UK for a friend in Perth. Paid and received an email to say they had the order and were preparing it. Two days later I checked and the order said cancelled. Emailed to ask why and no response. Then received an email to say my order had been refunded. Emailed them again to ask why and nothing. I should of checked reviews for them before ordering. Would not recommend or use them again.

Don’t even consider – Thankfully I paid with Pay Pal after no deliveries and received my money back.Steer clear of these people

Avoid this company at all costs – This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They have an online chat that does not answer, other than tell you you are important, and to email them directly. They have 2 different email addresses which is confusing, then they wait days to get back to you. I recommend you avoid disappointment and do not use this company. Use at your own peril.

nothing about it. I asked for a tracking number. Not supplied. I was told that they pride themselves on customer service and they apologised for not contacting or responding to emails. No offer to send items and to be honest, the courier story seems way too ridiculous as no tracking to support their story. Also as they haven’t received damaged items but were notified items were damaged and not delivered the customer is just left without goods or communication. Re no response to emails… ‘we try to respond within 24 hours’. Only offered to refund which I accepted. Only once I responded that I would provide an honest review did they ([Name Removed]) offer a bottle of wine or a 4 pack of beer. I would rather what I ordered. For transparency - I did not accept their offer as I felt I had been more than patient and given them a few opportunities to respond. Buyer beware!
