Typical Poor Quality German Rubbish – Internal plastic casing cracks easily. Vegetable crisper plastic bins are all cracked as too thin. The bottom section of fridge typically partially freezers items even when we have it set on a warmer setting. De-icing feature does not work and I have to manually remove ice out of freezer. The temperature display reads incorrectly.
When I contacted the Bosch importer quite a while ago why was it that they said "we will need to send a report back to Bosch hq (Germany)" I then asked how long will reply take and answer was 3mths - I'm very happy with the Samsung we have now - absolutely no problems with it
