Yes it does suck but it is easily my most hated device I have ever owned and it drives me nuts we paid too much for a product that is so hard to use.

I must have got a good one – I have had my Runn'n now for three years and have only ever had to clean the conical filter. I have read all the bad reviews and am surprised that I have not had the issues the others have experienced and I never realised the machine had more than 1 filter. but my experience has been a positive one. I use mine to vacuum a 3 bedroom house with carpet in all rooms. No pets though so I don't experience the hair issue.

had emptied the filter bags several times even though we had only used it a few times. We then took to the internet to read the reviews, (something we should have done before we bought it) and discovered many other people were having the same trouble and the ratings were appalling. Apparently the item had been discontinued due to this annoying "feature". We took the vacuum back to the shop we bought it from to get a refund but were told that because it had been used, we were not eligible for a refund. Well how are you meant to know if something is faulty if you have never used it? Furthermore, the employee proceeded to check the vacuum by emptying a small cone filter and then WOLAH! It worked fine! Like I was a complete idiot for not finding this extra filter. Well I shouldn't even need to be cleaning the filter cause I've hardly used it! She then told me to me that she cleans her vacuum filters every time she uses it because she has long thick dark hair, 2 cats and a dog. Well I paid $300 for this vacuum and I don't want to have to empty the filter every time I use it when my old cheap vacuum cleaner only needed to be emptied every so often. Plus I don't have any animals and my hair doesn't fall out that much so I don't really want to have to clean my vacuum filters every single time I use it; is that too much to ask?! So apparently the shop were not able to do anything about it because "Although the design is poor, there is technically nothing wrong with the product". So now I am supposed to vacuum 2 rooms of my house, empty the filter, then another 2 rooms, empty the filter, another 2 rooms an so on. Because apparently THAT IS HOW THE PRODUCT IS DESIGNED... Have they read the online reviews of this product? Everyone is saying the same thing. Why would they sell a product like this?!?!

Great Model – Just bought this model, so far its great. Quite, easy to manoeuver easy to clean. Yes the barrel fills up quickly. But still, for me thats not a problem. The great thing about this model was the telescopic tube, great for tall people like me. NO more back pain!!
