A terrible product - do not purchase – I bought this fridge on name - BOSCH - has/had a good reputation. I needed a left hand opening fridge and they are hard to get. It is rubbish!!!!! Came with a broken bottle holder taped into the fridge, the ice box is so flimsy is does not work, plastic fittings are so flimsy I expect breakages even with careful use, the freezer door pops open when the fridge door closes and frost builds up. The top crisper is almost impossible to slide back into place. There is no adjustment on the door or inner shelve settings. All in all a very disappointing product.
I would think that I am more than "frustrated" with your product!! What assistance would BOSCH offer if I contacted. A complete waste of my time I would guess. What a complete side step and non-acknowledgement of a poorly constructed product!! This is not the reply of a compant taking responsibility for, nor addressing the concerns of a customer.
Stear clear of bosch! – purchased the Bosch kdn53vl30a refrigerator 2 years ago is only 3 months out of warranty, and both fridge and freezer have stopped working have had to throw away all food. Alarm constantly going off. Have turned fridge on and off numerous times, refrigerator is warmer inside then outside! After unsuccessfully trying to contact Bosch Australia on several occasions to be given several different numbers feeling frustrated ! Update finally through to bosch Australia who are sending a technician out fingers crossed it's resolved!

Well here we are not 6 months later and again the exact same issues and another freezer full of meat thrown out. So unimpressed.
