Easiest & most efficient purchase & delivery ever! – Ordered 2 mosquito head nets on Friday at a good price compared to elsewhere & they were delivered on Monday. Bowral to Sydney metro area. Very impressed with Botanex getting it in the mail quickly and AusPost for the quick delivery!

Great and speedy service – I recently ordered a Draper lawn scarifier/aerator from Botanex. As I live in Western Australia, I expected the item to arrive in a couple of weeks. I ordered on Monday and it arrived by Friday. Terrific service! Almost as soon as I placed the order, I was emailed to say that the item was being prepared and subsequently dispatched. Five stars for service. Keep up the good work.

Sent me plastic crud with my order – When I order something online, I expect to receive what I ordered, I do not expect to receive, not do I want any complimentary plastic junk to be sent with my order.

Wish I'd found this fork years ago! – I bought a Burgon & Ball lightweight border fork. Beautifully made, so easy to use, wish I had found this year's ago. Also bought a beautifully made cream powder coated metal box for storing seed packets. Just love it. All were delivered in a few days. Can't wait to find more treasures in their vast & varied range!

Awful company take your money elsewhere – Awful experience, after being sent the wrong product I’m still waiting 3 months later for the right products to be sent out. Terrible customer service and would definitely not buy from them again or recommend them. I recommend taking your money else where.

Great experience – I'd been looking to purchase this particular transplanting spade for several years & had no luck tracking it down. I stumbled across the Botanex site and found it listed. Garden Potato Harvesting Scoop – I was delighted to receive my beautiful Burgon and Ball Potato Harvesting Scoop early this morning. I had only ordered the scoop on Saturday. Easy to order and prompt delivery. The Botanex website has many gorgeous products to drool over.
