Dissapointing & let down – I ordered Monday for a Wednesday delivery for my mother’s 86th birthday , the tracking is terrible and now at 6 pm at night on her birthday , there is still no delivery of her gift !! Terrible and very dissapointed especially as it cost quite a lot . Disgusted!!!! I will never order from Boxt again!! Show details

Great customer service – My order was not delivered on the specified day because of the delivery company. The team at BOXT were onto this so quickly and communicated every step of the away. They sent another hamper out to avoid further delays and it was beautiful! Will use again.

middle of Covid. I got her a garden style box and it came with a pot plant. Shockingly she has managed to not kill the plant and it still survives a year later. She still raves about how well she has done to keep it alive, so this year I got another Boxt for her. Its a birthday style box with lots of food products. She loved it. Both times I purchased a Boxt for her, I called Boxt on the day, just to double check that the order was on its way. The ladies pick up the phone straight away and told me exactly what I needed to know.

"Forever Remembered" small gift box so I ordered two. Rather than have them delivered, I decided to pick them up and deliver them myself. I ordered the day before by sending an email which was answered in half an hour or less from me sending my email. It was so easy! I picked them up as the business was close to my home and I was able to deliver them that day. I could have designed my own box but I like what was already put together in the "Forever Remembered" box. I would definitely order from "Boxt" again and I thoroughly recommend them.

Never received my order! Do not recommend – I made a make it yourself order - spent $150 and never received any email confirmation or order wasn’t received- but they took the money out! So not buy from this company - scammers!! Also not answering emails/ social media and phone calls

Total disappointment – I ordered birthday box for my son for his 10th birthday. He was with his mother all week so this was my way of doing something special in my absence. Confusing and disappointing – I had to do my order twice because of the confusing checkout. It only showed one item at checkout so I redid the whole thing and tried again. The second time it only showed one item but I had wasted so much time I decided to go to the payment step. It then asked me if I wanted to add all the other items to my order! up individually. I also typed a message to send with my hamper, however each individual item on my list showed no message. I was worried about this so I checked, 1. that they would all go together in a hamper and 2. that my message would be included. Yes they went in a hamper, but no, NO MESSAGE. I ended up contacting the recipient to make sure she received it - so glad I did, because she had no idea who had sent it! I won't use this company again and don't recommend them. Strangely enough, my credit card was hacked two days after this transaction (four transactions for Ozsale for over $1000). I don't think their checkout is secure.

Yesterday I finally got through on the number, gave the order details and was advised they would need to follow up and call me back which she confirmed would be yesterday. Still no call back, no reply on my emails and no answer on the number provided on the website. This is a gift that was meant to welcome an old friend, but has turned into such a hassle and a disappointing experience. Customer service does not seem to be top of mind here...

knows if the gift is safely sent to the receiver or not. Now I have no choice but to ask my friend to pick up his own condolences gift from the post office. Will not use their service again.

stock, so obviously it wasn’t due for dispatch the previous day and so they asked did i want a refund or substitute so i replied saying a substitute then the following day i got a reply stating that “because i hadn’t replied they were refunding the item that was out of stock” i replied saying that i did reply with a screenshot of it but that’s fine and asked them could they please let me know once delivered and got no reply. i have since tried emailing and calling several times and left several voicemails with no replies. really feeling as though i’ve been scammed now. either been scammed or extremely poor service and business.

poor customer service, no hamper delivered – wish I'd read the company reviews before wasting $156. I ordered a hamper for 30th birthday surprise. after it had not arrived 4 days,after expected delivery date, I emailed and eventually received a response that somehow it had not been dispatched. the offered a refund, to which I agreed, and the refund, like the hamper, never materialized. Extremely Poor Customer Service – The delivery was late, understandable due to Covid but the lack of communication from the business was unacceptable. I have since followed up with Customer Service and the Owner with little response and no care for how the customer has felt during this interaction. I will not use this company or recommend.

OK but ruined a 21st Birthday surprise – Ordered as part of a surprise 21st birthday celebration, to try to lift the shadow cast by the ongoing lockdown. Explained this when placing the order and clearly specified the delivery date. Box arrived, unmarked and 3 weeks early, and was naturally opened, by the recipient. and disappointing and felt like a wasted $160. I did receive an apology and a vague promise of compensation which never eventuated.

I’m keen to support Aus businesses and I would probably use them again as long as the delivery date was not critical. The box was well packed and contents as described. I wouldn’t order the candle next time - very small for the price. But everything else looked like decent quality. If the delivery date was not a critical part of my order (and something they actually ask you to specify and promise to deliver on) then I’d probably be going 4-5 stars because the rest was good.

85th Birthday Box – Lovely surprise. I unpacked the box while the “gifters” watched on Zoom....., Everyone enjoyed; but not as much as me. Would use and recommend Boxt again in the future for sure and love.

been sent in was too small and had caused the items to break in transit. I emailed the company twice with no response. I have taken my business elsewhere. A shame because some of their hamper items are lovely (I have ordered a few hampers in the past). However, with so many other quality online hamper stores to shop from, loyalty relies on good customer service. Boxt has yet to establish this.

received the order & they hadn't, but could see that they had received payment. I screen shot what my order was & emailed to them. I then received a tracking link that stated it was delivered on Friday. I checked with the recipient on Monday, who advised that they had not received anything, contacted Boxt who advised that they gave me the wrong link. They had never sent the delivery. Finally on Tuesday morning I got a confirmation email & my colleague advised this morning that it was delivered yday. Really terrible organisation from this company, I would not use them again. Seems that many people have had the same issue according to reviews, what a terrible way to run a business.

Quality different gift boxes – Quality, different gift box arrangements. We ordered a gift for a second time however there was an issue with the silly courier it wasn't going to be delivered on the arranged day. Due to the emotional background for sending this gift, Boxt listened and after a few phone calls were able to find an alternative delivery service.

False advertising on shipping timeframes – They say it's in stock and let you order and select ship by date only to contact you once ordered and say its not in stock...my order was specifically for a funeral only shipped 3 weeks later after I chased them even then they never responded to my enquires just eventually it was shipped
