Terrible AC – Worst AC I’ve ever had. Worst quality, worst design, too noisy, ended up with a E7 error where a spider entered the PCB box and fried the whole device, worst of all is the support which we’d been advised that the spare parts are not available at all and though has to go to trash bin!

E7 error – Cannnot be fixed at cost below replacement unit. The control box allowed large crickets to enter and got fried so it should have been more vermin proof. Waste of money, buy Fujitsu or Mitsubishi.

No it is in a box that is internal and this part of the airconditioner was not have been touched or opened by the installer. I watched the installation, it was not recent. It is a design fault.

The support received was a $300 call out plus parts of about $300 and any additional labour which exceeds the purchase price of the unit.
Crap A/C installed by builder – Noisy and continually "hunting" the set temp. You can freeze ya nuts off in stifling heat. Builders like them cos they are cheap. If you find one in a turn key house take it as an indication that the builder has installed crap appliances throughout the house. Go else where!

Do not buy – If you value the relationship you have with your neighbours and your own sanity, do not buy any Braemar/Haier branded split system airconditioner. The published dB of 59 for the 24HEK03/R2(DB) is a total fabrication (ACCC please investigate). Sound meters show it's more like 70dB and howls and whines when it constantly changes speed because of the poor/cheap inverter technology. You will regret it. This is a genuine review and you're welcome to contact me if you live in Adelaide and want to witness this for yourself.
l will never get a braemar air conditioner again – Purchased the air conditioner 2 weeks before xmas its still not working and am still waiting to have it fixed parted with 2,800.00 put up with 40deg heat water dripping down my wall from the unit. The company i purchased tried to fix it when nothing worked we had to go to braemar tech who come out twice and told us call seeley- called we told them about our problem said they would call back and they didnt we had to call again.
