correct part with a reply paid slip so that I could send the incorrect part back to them. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THEY TREAT EVERY ISSUE AS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT AND WILL EXPECT YOU TO SENT THE INCORRECT PART BACK TO THEM WITHIN 7 DAYS AT YOUR EXPENSE. The worst part is they sent me someone elses parcel the week before and I went out of my way to send it back. Thanks goodness I was able to send it back return to sender as I'd never see the money.

Asked by email what the size of the pins were on shock absorbers. A individual named Jimmy would not go to the warehouse and check what size it is. I refused to do business with such disrespect. If this was my business he would be fined for such behavior.

clamps and oil are sold by them, what normal cars need on their CVs. He replied to this question ‘I picked on it” (me not knowing about all parts around the one I asked about)

I tried to explain that private customers might be annoying, but if they do retail, they should be fair. I have been polite and friendly.

Here his last reply: “ IF YOU KNEW WHAT YOU YOU WHERE TALKING ABOUT, OK BUT YOU DONT, ISUZU NPS DOESNT RUN CLAMPS OR CLIPS OF ANY KID ON THE CV JOINTS SO YEAH BEST OF LUCK GETTING THEM.

I never had a customer service response on that level. I am a licensed electrician, working in mining commissioning, when I ask, I have a point. They have issues in this company, with other reviews about sending sub-quality items, different from listed, stay clear.

Liars! They are accusing me with their baseless lies. They are threatening me – I purchased an item on their ebay store. Item never arrived and i left negative feedback. They asked ebay to removed the feedback. They are threatening me with closing my ebay account. They are claiming that i had aggressive tones, dangerous modification suggestions, ;lies, seller refusal to assist. None of this correct. I contacted them several times to get an apology and explanation but they blocked me.

respond with smart arrogant and cynical response.. I have referred this site to accc on principle to stop others being scammed. Have a look at the photo of what I purchased believing its adb brakes and have a look at what I was sent.. you decide. (Caveat emptor)

take responsibility and sort out their error after i requested they do the right thing.

The company blocked my email so i could not correspond with them further then changed the product code on their website the same day to cover their mistake.

I lodged a complaint with the NSW office of fair trading and disputed the transaction on my credit card as advised from the above.

WOW THE WORST OF THE WORST – After about a handful of purchases over a year. There are always issues and problems. They are rude and full of excuses. Yet the only viable excuse is the total incompetence of the staff. The parts are substandard as is the remainder of the business.

be desired...they may be cheap but the quality of some of their products is dismal including their clutch kits.They extact 20% from returns even when they are proven wrong and have supplied the wrong part.They appear to have very little mechanical knowledge. Would give a zero but sites dont allow that.

named Jimmy couldn't be less interested about my order. Claimed it had been sent out and i asked why not on Wednesday and he said so whats the problem. Couldn't care less about customer service or the fact that he was lying thru his teeth. 8 mins later my Auspost account updates and says item is being processed for pickup. Coincidence? Lists delivery as parcel post and not express post, called back and spoke to Jimmy to clarify why it wasn't express? He said to write an email to them asking and then basically hung up on me. have collected it if I had received a notification from either them or Australia Post and that they were rude and I would never deal with them again. I also posted a negative feedback and to not deal with them as they are rude. They lied to ebay and claimed that my review was false and misleading (I have over 1,000 feedbacks and all are positive) and had my negative feedback removed. You can see from other ProductReview reviews that others have had poor service from them. As at the moment, I have filed a complaint against them with Ebay and have directed Ebay to read through the chain of messages to view their behaviour.

pedal feels easy, the car accelerates easier. While it is hard to measure objectively, I do not think filters should cost that much for non Toyota parts especially. I am happy, the service cost doesn’t scare me anymore. Can’t wait for next service in 10k KM. If Hino Fuso commercial trucks can run on these filters, so can my car. Lucky they cover 4WD SUV filters. The parts arrived as indicated by eBay. The responses were swift and automatic. Knowing what exact part goes to your vehicle can avoid having to deal with issues. I fitted air filter myself, the mechanic did the others. Great fit, no leaks, the seals appear well built.

Correct part, made incorrectly – Bought a intank fuel strainer for Mazda 6 but it's molded wrong and the pressure regulator blew out of the holder. Was given the big runaround when I tried to return it and told to make a warranty claim. I said it isn't a warranty, it's not fit for purpose. the complaints department in on that one but never heard back. I don't need the agro so I just threw it in the bin rather than wasting 10 dollars on postage just to (possibly) get 15 back. If you've got money to waste, use Brett's. Apart from that post was quick an expensive.

even though their website says if its their fault they will pay return freight. supplied correct radiator at inflated price from what was advertised on website. When questioned about the price they said the price is the price. Had good dealings with this company for many years but when something goes wrong its your problem. Tried looking for Head Office contact but absolutely nothing. Very surprised at how rude they are on the phone. If you buy from this site I hope your experience is better than mine.
