ground coffee beans, so no noisy grinding in the morning. So easy to make coffee but did take a bit of practice getting pressure right. Milk frother has settings to choose heat and amount of froth. I choose hot to make my coffee last in my take out mug. Really easy to clean. Has huge water tank so not refilling all the time. Looks really nice on bench top and doesn’t take up much space. Things I love less: I have to hold my glass under the coffee spout as the vibrations move it and then the coffee spills down the side. Heavier cups don’t move I’ve found but yea slightly annoying. Overall, really happy with the consistency of great quality coffee I have. Tastes soooo much better than pods and I’m saving money! Winning!!

members to investing in this and they too have never looked back! So much better than coffee pod machines too! Easy to do and easy to clean, pretty to look at and super simple. I was also tossing between this one and the smeg machine, but I don’t regret this purchase. The milk frother does it all on its own and it’s so much easier to understand too.

and get a shot , and easy to froth milk whilst cleaning the basket for the next coffee. ( Which is also great for kids hot chocolates ) As other have stated - big water reservoir, easy to use and clean ( download the instructions app and follow ) , great consistent coffee, looks great. We are saving plenty on cafe coffee and think our at home coffee tastes better!

Excellent little coffee machine – Have owned more than 4 espresso machines including a very good e61 group Italian made one. Got rid of that one because I could not afford servicing it every year which turned out to be a similar price than buying a Bambino on sale. I am using it with a single wall basket instead of the stock ones and I normally warm up my cups and portafilter with hot water from my kettle (you can do blind shots from the machine as well) and steam my milk manually. (In the right position the auto steam gives you latte art kind of milk too). Great temperature stability thanks to the PID and also the Pump is 15bars breville manages to limit it to a 9bar with a pressure valve. So far no regrets at all and I haven’t missed my old VBM e61 one.

My only issue is putting the portafilter on, as it is a bit stiff, and as a small, lightweight machine, it moves around.

You can customise the milk temperature and foaminess. I find the middle temperature and lowest foam settings to give the optimal drinking temperature, and still plenty of foam. I bought the Sea Salt, white, machine as it was the cheapest, but it actually looks really good on my bench.

Highly recommend.

coffee snob! I have friends who have bought really expensive coffee machines and I have been unimpressed. Temperature etc is great and the automatic milk frother is great, but I prefer to do it manually for the perfect latte. You do need a fine grind for delicious coffee. It’s also very small and looks great on the bench. I’m so glad I bought this machine as it makes me happy on a daily basis.

Awesome little machine – So much easier than my Little Guy with excellent results once you get the grind spot on. The auto milk frothing is awesome, cafe quality milk while your off doing something else. The main draw back is the size of the drip tray but you can live with it for great coffee at home. Show details
