Not a quality machine, looks lovely but doesn't last – When paying over $600 for a coffee machine ( it is now $900 something same machine) and only one person in the house uses it max twice a day and not everyday. the time with these machines, so clearly a fault that should be fixed by the manufacturers. Another repairer wanted $198 for the courier then not sure what it would cost to fix, may as well buy a new machine. Why are these machines so expensive if they are going to be unreliable and break down. Would not purchase again as waste and don't want anyone else wasting their hard earned money. Breville has referred us to Nespresso so total lack of interest. Breville used to be a good brand but clearly should not make coffee machines that are expensive and don't last.

Concierge 2/10/21. After fighting with Concierge due to their sheer lack of communication and being without the machine while it gets "fixed" fast forward to 18/11/2021 and I finally receive a call that they are refunding me the money for the faulty machine and the concierge. All my appliances are Breville so expected quality for the price tag however this was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent. Now I am trying to find something to replace it.

Absolutely rubbish – The machine is absolutely rubbish..I bought this machine and initially was very happy. After 6 months it started to not function correctly..I took it back to Harvey Norman and 3 weeks later was replaced.. after 3 months again the same issue and requires replacement again. Great product, use it every day – Easy to use and very quick, even when frothing milk. First coffee machine I've owned so I don't have anything to compare it to but I love it. I'm guessing this machine is like other pod machines: hit and miss until you find a pod that suits your taste. What I really like about this machine is it's flexibility- use the LCD screen to select the coffee you want and boom, there it is. Handy for when people visit who like dofferent styles of coffee. make you a coffee in store. The machine looks good and is easy to clean too. You just buy their descaling pods every 6 months and run it through. Absolutely awesome machine!
Piping hot coffee. Lots of varieties of coffee pods you can use with it. Super easy clean – I’m not, well I wasn’t a coffee drinker. My son in law and daughter gave me this last Christmas. So easy to clean. A quick rinse and occasionally a descale. But the machine prompts you through that.
Another plus. There are numerous brands of coffee pods that suit the Nespresso so you don’t have to continually buy the Nescafé ones. Even the Coles brand ones which are under $4 for 10 make good coffee for under 40 cents a cup. Even the Lipton tea pods fit it.
If you’re a coffee drinker. This machine would pay for itself I think.
