Bridgestone Select Springfield Central

Tyres – Went in to get 2 replacements tyres for my partner’s car as we had a family member says we should get them replaced soon as. Was thinking I would go in on my way home to book in for another day but they had time the day I went in and did it straight away as they had time to on the same day. Staff were very helpful and perlite. Sincerely appreciated their help and this meant I did have to give another day off to sorting out my partner’s car.

Shonky – Booked in for 2 tyres and a service on my car, got there when the shop opened and dropped car off at 7:30am. Went to pick the car up at 5pm when it shut. Was standing in a line of around 7 other customers all still waiting for their vehicles. Finally got the keys after closing time. peddle went flat to the floor and did not work. Drove back to the shop and told them about the problem. They were not interested. When I dropped my car off that morning there was not one problem with my brakes. At this point he pointed at the receipt and said 'oh you have a leak in your master brake cylinder' and said it would cost an extra $600. I was convinced I was getting ripped off and left. I got the problem fixed by another mechanic who said there was nothing wrong with my master cylinder and it was just air in the brake line which they most likely put there. I recommend not to go there.

Go somewhere else – They left my car unlocked with the windows down parked in front of another business. Lucky nothing was stolen from my car. They did not bother to put my spare tyre back where it belonged under the tray of my ute after I purchased 2 new tyres after a flat.
