this role B&D's nominee has been excellent and as long as this continues we would expect to continue using their services. In particular we have found their AGM assistance removes a lot of administrative effort and politics from the involvement of the Strata Committee.

Terrible service after they bought out a local company. Notices for body corp levies weren't emailed, they engaged debt collectors without any reminder, after 10+ years of perfect payment record. Will be contacting the Office of the Commissioner for Body Corporate.

Somehow got my email address and think they can just send out junk mail. Unethical poor business strategy. Nothing short of cold calling annoying time wasting fake people.

My experience with Bright & Duggan has been very satisfying, particularly with Cameron Allen, who chairs our strata meetings.
