As a merchant i am looking to take my bussiness elsewhere. Called them 3 times with same answer that sm1 will call u back. But no one did. From merchnat point of view you dont have a saftey if customer says no after the installation has gone through. I installed one customer and customer didjt want to oay even though if i had hos application aporoved and contracta signed. Brighte didnt helped me atll. No one bothered to even callback .
I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Communication and administration were incredibly frustrating. finance amount, they repeatedly failed to record or locate the documents I sent. The whole process felt disorganised and unnecessarily difficult.
Horrendous customer service. Taking weeks to close account and provide a statement stating account closed. Everyone time I call it’s the same story and the “I’ll call you back line” of course not one person has called my back. Absolute disgrace.

The process was hassle free , my confirmation was almost immediate, yes there’s a small weekly book keeping fee which still outweighs interest costs. I’ll keep you updated Show reply

Effortless Money Saving Secure Power – No effort to install solar with Brighte. Now the solar just runs itself and every time a power bill comes in, I am further in credit. The payments on the solar system are less than the power I used to pay and what's more the payments are fixed so I will always save money whatever the power charges are.

If you are self employed DO NOT attempt to get finance through this company for your solar panels. As with many other self employed applicants I was refused with no reason as their reasoning was "confidential". understatement. For context, I have no loans or credit cards other than a mortgage, my income is 6 figures and my Equifax credit report is spotless. I supplied proof of income (self employed for 20+ years) and offered a letter from my accountant to confirm this. Whatever automated systems they use is utter garbage and the support from them is worst that abysmal. I would NOT recommend even trying to get a loan with this company. I have also urged the company I am getting my solar panels through to no longer recommend them for any of their self employed clients as all they will end up with is a mark on their credit report.
The worst company ever. It’s embarassing that the ACT government have partnered with such a shocking company. wouldn't engage the callback protocol. Gave up and emailed the ACT Government to see if there wasn't a better way of connecting. I was given an email address and did not get a response to my questions, so I gave up. I figured that, if Brighte was that bad during the application period, what would it be like if there was a problem. I'm glad I escaped before finding out. Am left wondering how the ACT Government chose Brighte to run their loan scheme.

information, and I’m entitled to know why I was turned away! The refusal to provide answers is not only infuriating but also reeks of shady practices. Worse, this unexplained rejection will likely ding my credit score, adding insult to injury. Customer service? More like customer sabotage. Every interaction felt like wading through a swamp of arrogance and unhelpfulness. This company doesn’t deserve a single star—it deserves a warning label. dodgy site, the site doesn't even give you any information on the solar packages offer from solar installers. I submitted my requirements and then it gave two offers, no information on the packages except the price. we have solar panels from this company. However , the panels are not feeding any electricity. When contacted on phone email , only promises are made since last 2 weeks.

A client via ACT government sustainable household scheme (and therefore no choice in provider). They have been fine and mostly easy to deal with. Would give them a 4 starts except I resent being forced to use an app on my phone to manage finacial affairs - they no longer have account management on the web. And frankly the app is trash (issues with registration and just a poor interface once finally logged in)
The Gist of My Experience – The process was firm but fair. The people I dealt with were lovely. Happy to recommend Brighte to all and sundry.

SOLAR PANELS – Excellent product and friendly team. Very happy about the whole system setup and payment plan setup.. really didn't do a thing, except pay for the system monthly over a 3yr plan. It's great not getting any power bills anymore.
Battery for solar.... easy as! – Easy to apply and quick approval. Had our Solar Battery in before we knew it.
Helpful and friendly – We used Brighte under the ACT Sustainable Household Scheme to replace our gas central; heating with air conditioners. Brighte has been consistently helpful with the paperwork and the liaison with our contractor
