Brilliance Removals & Storage

One of the most traumatic experiences I have had. Requested pack and deliver because I have a disability. 3 backpackers turned up clearing shelves with their arms along counters and shelves just toppling/shoving stuff into boxes. Broke and spilt innumerable things. I complained, they rang the manager who then came and verbally threatened me. … Read more

They were time based so were caught sitting in the truck outside the new house just 'sitting about.' 'Forgot' about my garage contents and my plants which my elderly parents moved for me. Threatened me for extra payments as an elderly single woman on my own at night while I was being sworn at by one of the workman in a language I understand. I was so frightened. Boxes from their packing not named/labelled at all (over 50 boxes) which led to a fun 'mystery box' situation where my necessary bathroom supplies not located until 2 weeks later. The single most horrible experience I have ever had. When I went to complain, the manager threatened me and said that they secretly video taped me. I now have the strength to go to Consumer Affairs. Took me a long time to get over this. I have photo upon photo of spilt/damaged items just shoved into boxes along with witnesses as to their 'packing' and 'we forgot' items. Go with a reputable mover please. The owner of the business just abuses you if you have a complaint, especially if you are a woman.

I can not speak highly enough. All too often in this day and age services rendered by many trades and companies lack the professionalism and care for the job they are doing. Your team were a pleasure to deal with , nothing was too much trouble and… Read more ·  1

they were very careful with everything they handled. And 3 flights of stairs not the easiest job either ! On time , efficient polite and professional. They made what can be a very stressful experience. Stressless. Brilliant! - the name says it all. Thanks guys for looking after us and our move.

STOP - Do not hire!! – Absolutely do not do business with these removalists. In my opinion they have behaved unbelievably unprofessionally. Having them investigated by the Victorian Consumer Commission - intelligence team and the bank is rescinding payment - save yourself the trouble and the extra money and hire someone else!

Thank you, guys. I wish you both the best and hope to see you again in the future. Keep well.

Thank you, Eddie. Take care.

Moving a garden - fast, efficient, polite and professional – Arnold and Thiago from Brilliance Removals were called upon for a second day of work at short notice, as the garden could not be moved on the first day. The move was totally worry-free as they quickly moved the rest of the garden and set it up beautifully, along with a couple of other odd jobs at our request. These guys are awesome, definitely request them for your next move. Show reply
