After a solid week of trying to sort it out we decided to finally call in the cavalry. Shane came out today and cleared our blocked basin waste; got the job done very efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. Definitely will go to these guys again in future!

Would not recommend, especially if you have an elderly or vulnerable family member relying on this company. job and the invoice — both quoted a fair market price of between $2,300 and $2,500 for the same work, meaning she was charged more than double.

When I queried this with the company, a staff member named [Name Removed] said he'd look into it and call back within 10 minutes. He didn't call back. Two days later I called him myself, and he said there was nothing he could do because it was their "standard" charge, with no willingness to review or adjust it.

I have no doubt this isn't an isolated incident. If you or a family member are getting a quote from this company, get a second opinion first — I wish we had.

Travis went ubove & beyond to fix my shower, he was a genuine caring person I would recommend him to anybody.

Shane came around today to look at our burst hot water system, Shane was great and explained everything thoroughly and has organised for a new one to be installed tomorrow. Very happy with his service.

We just had Shane around to do a complementary annual inspection on some drainage work we had done previously, Shane was a pleasure to deal with and did a comprehensive inspection including camera footage of inside the drains. Highly recommend this company they are fantastic.

Had a leak from my toilet and called Brisbane plumbing and drainage who sent out Shane, he quickly diagnose the problem and found that it was the inlet valve that was leaking and had one on board so he replaced it straight away from me. Very happy with the service and Shane‘s work.

I was a loyal customer of theirs until today. I have been a repeat customer of theirs for some time and this means nothing to this money hungry company. all I was a repeat customer. I went ahead with the install and later found an ad for installed system of exact same brand model and volume for $2300 installed. They had overcharged me.$3200. To top this off they then had the nerve to add on $2700 to inspect drain and pulse some water down. We now have a hole in the ground and a hole in the pipe where they accessed. They then quoted $26000 to reline 8 segments of pipe. We aren't much. We are a family that like many are struggling with rising living costs and to then have a company take advantage of people makes me incredibly upset and annoyed..please, anyone needing a plumber, DO NOT USE this company. I'm also submitting a complaint to the ACCC so others dont get scorched.

If you need a plumber for an emergency plumbing job then your in the right place. they do charge like a wounded bull tho be prepared to empty your wallet as they make $1900.00 per hour plus parts I've just paid just under $1300 for 30 mins work to fit a $300.00 valve to the hot water system. they were over 2 Hours late and let me know the cost up front. Also note they have a standard review of 5 stars and an auto comment stating very happy with work so don't believe all the reviews on their site.

We sought a quote for a garbage grinder that just fallen off its bracket (mount) and had displaced the nearby pipe. necessary. Nothing was broken. We were quoted almost $1000 for the job. We subsequently sought a second quote which came in at $250, which would be the absolute maximum charged. We consider Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage to be engaging in opportunistic price gouging. We later received a call from their service manager who advised us that our response was unacceptable even though he was quite rude himself and, as a service manager, achieved nothing. We swore at the situation however never did we swear or abuse [Name Removed]. [Name Removed] had a few words to say to us at the door as he was leaving. Will never ever use or recommend Brisbane Plumbing and Drainage as, in our opinion, are trying to take customers for a ride and undertake works that are not required and overpriced.

Shane came out today and repaired a leaking tap - very professional, attention to detail and respectful. Had the parts on board and the job was nailed quickly, tested and back in working order without delay. Great work mate and highly recommended!!

Had a massive stormwater job done by Matt, Caleb, Jared, Tom and Ron, the boys were absolutely fantastic. Can’t praise them enough for all the work they did and they’re fantastic attitudes then had the pleasure of having Brisbane plumbing and drainage and shine around to do a follow-up inspection on the work and make sure everything is still going well. What an absolute pleasure to deal with this company. Highly recommend these guys.
