Ordered a bathroom set, including two customised mixers from Brodware based on the advice provided by Brodware's customer service; when delivered the customised mixers were different to what was discussed.
After 3 months of phone calls and emails both the retailer and myself have given up on trying to get Brodware to help sort out the problem. Brodware won't acknowledge that a mistake has been made far less offer some sort of solution.
The retailer has kindly refunded the cost of the mixers even though they are at no fault whatsoever.
I'm now in a position where I have to source competitor products to replace the Brodware mixers leaving me with a mismatched bathroom set.
Brodware tapware may look great and operate well but in my experience the lack of support is extremely disappointing and a deal breaker.
