Why sell a BBQ in a 78kg box if you can't deliver it? Your lazy courier said he can't take it past the footpath. So how about declining orders to apartments? And as per other reviews, a real poverty of information about when delivery was happening. Still using 1990s logistics software?
Do not use this site. You will get no confirmation of your purchase and therefor no way of knowing whether you will ever see your items. There is also no phone number or easy way of contacting them. Please stand clear. AVOID. AVOID.

unannounced yesterday, no advance warning of shipping or delivery? When I attempted to connect the appliance to the Wi-Fi/Internet (a much vaunted and valued feature) after many hours and contacting support I discovered this feature was not supported on most current mobile phones! On further researching this issue it appears that this has been well known for at least three years!

Misleading description -- but sorted to my complete satisfaction – If you saw a Davis-Waddell cast iron skillet described as "Measures 24.5cm x 18.5cm x 7.2cm", would you take it as the outer dimension was 24.5 cm, and the inside cooking area was 18.5, and that it was 7.2 cm deep? surface is about 14.5 cm diameter. The quoted apparent depth of 7.2 cm turns out to be a little less than 4 cm (7.2 was the distance from the base of the acacia wood trivet base to the top of the handles!). When I buy pots and pans, I do not expect the width measurement to include handles, I expect to see an inside measurement of the pan at the top, and in the case of a frypan, the diameter of the cooking surface. So I end up with a titchy little pan that is of no use to me. Yes, they say, I can send it back -- but I'm not in Oz so that will be too costly and be too much work. I think their advert is simply misleading -- they just copied the info from Davis and Waddell thoughtlessly (other sellers have done the same). As you can tell, I'm not at all happy with my purchase.

the refrigerater to stove top and I was astounded by just how fast this little powerhouse is! Normally in the microwave this would take 5 minutes, but on the smart touch it was about fifty seconds and caught me off guard. The only setback with this appliance, and the only reason I have not given it 5 stars is the fact that it is VERY NOISY ! It has a twin fan cooling system which sounds like my vacuum cleaner! So if you want to use it for lengthy cooking, such as simmering a casserole I imagine it would really start to get on your works if you have an open plan kitchen and living area and are using it indoors. However, It IS made for the outdoors so perhaps the designer wasn't worried too much about this rather disappointing fault in an otherwize excellent product. This is an Australian made product too, which all of us should be thinking about now more than ever, as well as supporting Australian businesses. Oh I forgot to mention the instruction manual which is comprehensive, easy to understand and you don't need a microscope to read it.

One of the sugar glider mugs came out of the brand new, unopened box with a small manufacturing defect. After emailing photos and an explanation of the defect I received yet another kind email from Michelle P. with the news that Kitchenware.com.au was going to fully replace the item in the most generous way. Do the even exist? – Bought water filters on the 14th of January. Today is the 3rd of February and still not a peep. Wrote to them a week ago, radio silence.. pretty bad experience would not recommend
Avoid. No Order delivered and No Communication – Placed our order on August 13th, to date we have not received our order, not have we received any communication regarding any delay with our order. We have tried to contact Kitchenware via email and Online Chat with no response. Incredibly unprofessional and frustrating.
Poor customer service – Purchased a personal blender back in February that now does not work. I have emailed 4-5 times and done online chat... so far NO HELP AT ALL. Very disappointed. Have previously had the same blender that lasted for years and finally died of old age.

Excellent customer service – I bought a avanti yum yum lunchbox as a Christmas present for daughter and clips broke off after 6 months use, I couldn't find my receipt I emailed company thinking I wouldn't have any luck. 7th July and my new replacement saucepan was delivered to me and received today on 10th July. So within 5 days including a weekend, the issue was resolved with no fuss. Recent experiences from other companies have not been great, so this was a pleasant surprise. I am amazed by the customer service provided and will recommend to all.
