Natalie Dadisho drafted my will, after i went through the draft with her she said she needs to add ' the relatives' before my cousins' names and reprint a copy, on that copy she misspelled my mum's name that was correct before and she never apologies for her error, i really doubt her professionalism and integrity on the whole process, whoever doing the business with her need to be cautious.

Excellent, efficient service in the preparation of our wills. We weren't confident of online self-prep options, and opted for "real" people - glad we did! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the whole process was comfortable. We'll certainly be back for additional services.

It’s a rather shady company, both in terms of management and customer support. I called their customer service to report misconduct by one of their staff members. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and the representative said she would transfer me—but the call was abruptly cut off, and after that, they blocked my number.

Disappointed and saddened – Worst experience. Promised everything and discarded as unimportant as soon as they realised it wasn’t going to be an easy case. I did all the work and was charged a fee so far above the amount I was quoted. The victim always remains the victim. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Beware you won’t be taken seriously if you’re not deemed a valuable case. $$$

Very poor service. Provided No clarity – Incredibly poor service. 15m phone consultation paid in advance. No summary of advice sent, only got answer to 4 followup questions I sent after phone call after I chased several times, and then only answer to these questions with the most important one offering no clarity at all. Still no summary of advice or next steps, etc. Only giving 1 star as not possible to give 0

I contacted Brydens Lawyers to assist me with writing a will then, later, updating it. All my interactions with Brydens have been positive, and I would like to thank Natalie for her professional, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
