Extremely poor service and possibly a scam – Sadly - This is not a postive review of a service that I have paid for at a time of significant angst and discomfort. I completed the respective Divorce Application web form with AuDivorce, and made the $349 payment, with literally no further communication from completion of payment. their online webform and public email address. I have also attempted the chat tool on the site, with literally no response whatsoever. Extremely dissappointing and poorly executed service.
Be careful with your payment before you sign agreement with them – Filled their online form,the second day received a reception call, then they sent a standard email to me regarding the steps of devoice and invoice, nothing is specific to me. and not providing service agreement with detailed terms and conditions that the owner mentioned in his email. then we changed idea not going ahead with devoice and ask for… Read more
refund, the owner of the business gave me a call to confirm my decision, but he did not mention about their fees, then sent an email to charge me $231 ( based on their terms and conditions that i have not been told at all). it feels being scammed.
