week had gone by and still no phone call. I called back and again was told someone would call me back. I finally received a phone call and was told my order would arrive in 2 weeks. It's been almost 7 weeks and I'm still waiting. I have received no email or phonecall to update me. If I want to find out anything, I have to be the one to contact them. I'm starting to worry that my order will not arrive in time. Not what you want for a first time mum.

having them and then expects the customer to wait inappropriate lengths of time to receive it. I would not have ordered the item from bubs if I knew I would be waiting this long. I have been advised it will still be almost another 2 weeks until I receive my item. I required the item sooner to take away with us for the baby. Totally unacceptable, terrible customer service and I am extremely unhappy.

Very considerate staff – I am pregnant with my third child and only needed a few things, one being a car seat. I kind of had an idea of which car seat I wanted but still had a few questions. I had a wonderful lady from the Logan store run through everything with me and answer all my questions. I really appreciated the fact that she knew my budget and wasn't just trying to push me towards the more expensive seats as I have experienced elsewhere.  Show reply

Terrible online store, customer service and product availability – Set up my baby registry with these guys and when the time came for my baby shower, all but 3 items were out of stock. start of April 2017 and paid everything in full and got told to come and collect everything soon as they don't normally hold stock for long periods of time.

Because we only have a small car I had to call my parents who live an hour away from Bubs Logan to come out to help pick up all the furniture (this involves my dad unloading his entire work van full of tools and then driving an hour there and back).

We got to Bubs Logan (start of May) only to find out nothing has actually come in and no one could tell me if they even ordered it in the first place and when it was coming, as it was the weekend and they simply didn't know..

We only got given a bath and a foam mat (for change table that we didn't even have) and a mattress (for a bed we didn't have). Also disappointed that i never got offered a choice of mattress for my cot, got given the very most basic $50 foam matt with no support.. The same brand sells nice innerspring mattresses and would of been happy to pay the little bit extra for a proper mattress if given the choice.. I know the mattress came as a package with the cot, but if you are going to invoice me $50 for it on my bill i might as well pay the extra for a better one..

I received a call from bubs the following work day to let me know my furniture won't be coming until end of May to Start Of June.. It's now the 8th of June and still no reply.... Luckily I started shopping in March, My baby is due in 3 months now and haven't been able to start on the baby's room at all, disappointed with the service there and won't be returning..

We also needed a chest of drawers but after the bad experience we decided to buy from Baby Bunting instead, They also didn't have any in stock, but within 2 weeks i got the call that it got shipped in from the company and had it at home hassle free... Word of advice, go to BABY BUNTING, don't go to BUBS!

We never realised how many varieties of prams, car seats and cots there were but after speaking with your staff member yesterday we feel confident in our choices and needless to say a lot more relaxed.

We did not feel as though this was just a sale, we felt as though this lady was genuinely interested in us and our journey. She was friendly, well presented and understood our needs. 

 

We will definitely be back to your store and will be recommending your store to all our family and friends.

purchasing baby items for the first time is exciting. As I live rurally, I had no choice but to order online.

I ordered my items on the 28th of January, and it is now the 8th of March, with no end in sight. The mere swaddle I'm waiting on his still "out of stock" apparently. On holiday, I was able to physically go into a store and see if they could help- "No, it has nothing to do with us". I purchased this item because it was listed on their website and I don't want a refund. They have my money, so where are my items?

Words like "back order" and "awaiting supplier" seem to be convenient phrases for this company. Unfortunately, I won't be a returning customer. I simply hope my purchases arrive before I am due! Very stressful time.

service call me and say the pram is now in stock but they can not ship the pram to my address as I live remotely.... i am so disappointed that this wasn't bought to my attention at check out online when I had to enter my postcode to calculate postage, and even more disappointed that nobody could tell me this in the 4 phone call that I had made to them.

They did manage to call me back and say they can post the item for $250... you have to be kidding right.

I have now purchased the exactly the same pram for the same sale price and only have to pay $70 freight to the same remote location.

The downfall is that I've now been 6 weeks without a pram.

Staff too busy to serve! – I was in the Rutherford store last Tuesday, wanting to purchase a cot, pram, change table & other items for my new grandson. Not one staff member approached me, to ask if I needed some assistance. The two employees were standing behind the counter discussing their personal lives, there were three other customers in the store and they received the same treatment. Don't try to return or ask for customer service! – Bought a faulty item but staff completely denied it and basically called me a liar, staff was so rude they talk over you and don't give you a chance to reason with them. Thinking about taking this matter to fair trading because it upsets me so much and I don't think it's right for them to do this.

conditions when I ticked the box which states can take up to 14 work days (3 weeks). Not happy but what could I do, I needed these adapters and had already paid. Another 12 days later asked for another update, told was with suppliers now and might take 5 days. A week and half later I receive a tracker from australia post. Way past their original excuse of up to 14 work day to receive email.

Received it now, but got no updates along the way with out asking, no care about customer satisfaction, couldn't care less that they made me wait for something I needed as soon as possible. There's plenty of better online stores out there that will give better and quicker service.

I'll never shop with them again.

Terrible after service – I purchased over $4000 worth of baby stuff from your fortitude valley store not only have I had issues with my bugaboo pram but I have had terrible service from your staff. I went into your store and had your staff member roll her eyes at me and the proceed to speak very rudely. I will never purchase anything from you again! I wish bugaboo would let me deal with my warranty direct as I never want to step foot in your stores!

Customer service never have stock available – I went to bubs rutherford to purchase car seat. Didn't have any in stock. Had to order it. I phoned following 2 weeks and was stated it still had to be ordered. Got hit with layby fee for them to order it no contact when stock arrived they rang 2 months later to tell me they were canceling it as I had not collected yet. No contact had been made and the lady on the phone was very rude. Will not be shopping at bubs again.

There has been two urgent recalls since. We explained this to both [name removed] and [name removed] who refused to listed and simply offered a 'loan seat' until they ensured that they would be reimbursed from the manufacturer. Absolutely, no concern was shown for the safety of our eight month old son who would be using the recalled product until they decided on what to do in a weeks time. Would recommend that you buy your baby products elsewhere from a more competent staff and reputable company. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least!!!

I ended up ringing just about everyday, then when the delivery was in store it took them 2 days to actually check that my pram was there and get back to me. Dealing with Bubs while looking after my newborn was just beyond frustrating and not what any first time mum should be concentrating on. Then when I picked up the pram the adapters were still out of stock! This time I went straight to the pram supplier and asked them to help out and they were able to source the adapters from another store. If I hadn't gone over Bubs head to the pram supplier I would have waited another month for the adapters.

I will never shop at Bubs again and will be telling all my mummy friends my story and not to shop there.

My call was answered in 10 seconds ( no long on hold waiting ) the lady who helped me was very friendly and helpful and she advised me it may be in my junk mail (which it was) she also let me know the item was ready to be dispatched the following day. section" of the order which colour I wanted?!?! I told the 'supervisor' that I had made my colour selection before I added the item to the checkout cart. She said that it doesn't carry through from that webpage to the order webpage and that, again, it was my fault?? I then asked where on the checkout page does it state that I needed to specify the colour of my order. She told me no where, that I should have just done it?!?! Now I am out of pocket if I choose to send the item back and have them resend out the correct order, even though it is completely their fault?! I won't chance it anyways as the item was glass and there was no filling in the completely mangled box that was delivered, both my partner and I were amazed nothing broke in the first place!?! Mind boggling how disgusting their customer service is in this day and age!! There are plenty of other competent baby stores out there DO NOT WASTE your time on Bubs!

Time delay – Rubbish delivery timeframes. Approximately 4 weeks since I ordered and still waiting. Apparently it's too difficult to list items that are in stock and items out of stock awaiting warehouse delivery due to the "large number of items (we) stock." I would suggest a system upgrade, other stores that stock just as many items manage to do precisely that. Wouldn't shop here again.
