What a pathetic lying bunch. Don’t waste your time

Be very wary, I would not purchase anything from this website/ company – I purchase a cot mattress and received a confirmation email stating I would receive a further email with delivery information which I have not received. I have sent 3 emails and have not had any response. I still have not received the mattress and have now requested a refund. I urge anyone who has trouble with this company to contact the department of fair trading. There seems to be a strong trend of people paying for goods they do not receive.

Mattress never received – Ordered a mattress online. Advised and confirmed in stock and order had been processed. I was advised I would receive tracking number soon. Later received email saying not in stock. I contacted the supplier and they advised the order was in stock but due to where I live they would not ship due to cost. Dishonest. I would not order from here again.

Great little car, came so fast in the mail during all this Covid – Car came within about a week, pretty easy to set up. The only minor issue was that the number plate sticker and so on weren’t put on with much thought but other than that very happy and I’m sure my son will absolutely love it when I give it to him. Show reply

Great experience – I bought a bunch of items in preparation for the arrival of my little one. Everything I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and the overall experience was a breeze will deffs shop again.

Some of the cutest outfits I’ve ever seen! – I’ve been searching for some great, eye catching clothes for my daughter for a few months. I wasn’t really getting anywhere until I stumbled across Bubs Warehouse. I decided on two rompers, the ‘get milk’ one, and this really cute deer printed flannel one! They are such great quality, and just look SO cute! I wish they sold matching ones for mums, too. I’ll definitely be purchasing more as she grows out of them!

Order never came – Ordered a nappy bag and it never arrived. Emailed them many times and they said there was nothing they could do. Terrible service and rude responses to my emails!

The worst service I have ever received!!! – I have purchased a product from them that was sized completely off, emailed them for a refund and apparently they don’t refund..

Never received item – Ordered two items in July. received only one..whenever i contacted the company I was dismissed sayin its in transit. My baby was 4 months when i ordered it now hes almost 8

Have contacted the company and had no response, I guess they have a no refund policy due to the horrible quality of products. Bad service – Bought a dress for my daughter and didn’t fit her emailed for refund. The reply that they need to contact supplier. Never heard from them, contact then again and told me they can’t refund and it is in the policy. In the policy it states they can give an exchange or credit which i reply to them about it and never heard from them again. If i could i give them zero. Do not buy from here.

Very Disappointing Quality – Material of both items purchased is not suitable for an infant's delicate skin, the white colour of the material on the bottom of the skirt and romper is not white, it looks grey. reading the reviews from others regarding customer service when trying to return items for refunds, I will not be pursuing this. Always buy Australian made and use Australian companies, somehow I made a mistake with this company, will not be using them again.

unacceptable. Raised this is back in August and they've been giving me the run around every since. I was first told they will send out new dresses and then after constantly following them up I'm now being told "it is normal for the little threads on the clothes" and only now are they reporting the issue with the sizing issue after waiting over a month. They never resent the christmas dress which they said they would send out. Still waiting waiting for the other dress but I won't hold my breath on it being the correct size. I want my money back and they continue to try "rectify" the situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

Major warning!! Do not buy - will not refund under any circumstances – I ordered an item to find out it was coming internationally and took months to arrive, which meant not required by the time I received it - after many emails they downright refused to refund - I missed my hard earned money goodbye. BE WARNED

Shipping is terrible – They state that some items are shipped from overseas. I ordered something on 16th September. Both are coming from China. Nearly a month later, one hasn’t left China and the other has been shipped to America first, considering they also charge you for shipping it’s pretty poor service. I have ordered things from overseas during covid that have been here within 2 weeks. I wouldn’t order from Bubswarehouse again.

going to arrive in time for the party. Of course they told me that I cannot return & therefore I will be stuck with a circus costume for a 1 year old whose party has already been & gone. That’s when it finally does arrive. It’s been 3.5 weeks now. I then also asked how I was supposed to know that it would be coming from an international stocker. They kept ignoring that question & then stopped replying to me. Absolutely terrible service, very deceiving & awful customer service. I’ve never known a store to not accept returns before OR that you need to read the ‘about us’ section before making any purchases. The whole idea of buying online is because it’s fast & convenient, especially for tired parents.

Total scam company – I ordered 2 items for my grandson . They claim they were delivered, they were not. They could not provide me with proper tracking . Although they responded to my emails they will not resolve the situation. I’ve been giving fake tracking info telling me the items were delivered. We r in lockdown and home at all times. I don’t even know if I will actually get my money back as they have advised, had to threaten consumers affairs, MasterCard chargebacks and my bank to get any action from them

too late for my holiday. Can’t return it either as you can only receive a refund before your order is processed, ummm but how do you return it before clicking purchase. This company is terrible.

When I contacted the company they just basically stonewalled me and said "no returns" even though they had sent the wrong size shoes (or advertised them wrong, either way...) Luckily I was able to dispute the transaction as I payed with PayPal, and I got what I paid back, but was out the cost of return postage for this companies faulty product. Definately the worst company I've ever dealt with! Buyer beware!!!
