Be very wary, I would not purchase anything from this website/ company – I purchase a cot mattress and received a confirmation email stating I would receive a further email with delivery information which I have not received. I have sent 3 emails and have not had any response. I still have not received the mattress and have now requested a refund. I urge anyone who has trouble with this company to contact the department of fair trading. There seems to be a strong trend of people paying for goods they do not receive.
Mattress never received – Ordered a mattress online. Advised and confirmed in stock and order had been processed. I was advised I would receive tracking number soon. Later received email saying not in stock. I contacted the supplier and they advised the order was in stock but due to where I live they would not ship due to cost. Dishonest. I would not order from here again.

Low quality products sent direct from China – Supposedly Australian seller, the kids sunglasses I ordered on 17th Jan arrived direct from China 2nd March. They are the exact same ones I saw on AliExpress for 1/3 of the price. They are technically not faulty so no returns, but I've no idea if the plastic is safe for a toddler who likes to put things in his mouth. Buyer beware!

from the actual facts. I wouldn’t risk it not only because of the shipping times but the customer service is less then impressive and the quality of the product is low. Mine was supposed to be a cotton blend but It’s just polyester.

Great little car, came so fast in the mail during all this Covid – Car came within about a week, pretty easy to set up. Great experience – I bought a bunch of items in preparation for the arrival of my little one. Everything I ordered arrived in a reasonable time and the overall experience was a breeze will deffs shop again.
Some of the cutest outfits I’ve ever seen! – I’ve been searching for some great, eye catching clothes for my daughter for a few months. I wasn’t really getting anywhere until I stumbled across Bubs Warehouse. I decided on two rompers, the ‘get milk’ one, and this really cute deer printed flannel one! They are such great quality, and just look SO cute! I wish they sold matching ones for mums, too. I’ll definitely be purchasing more as she grows out of them!

reading the reviews from others regarding customer service when trying to return items for refunds, I will not be pursuing this. Always buy Australian made and use Australian companies, somehow I made a mistake with this company, will not be using them again.

unacceptable. Raised this is back in August and they've been giving me the run around every since. I was first told they will send out new dresses and then after constantly following them up I'm now being told "it is normal for the little threads on the clothes" and only now are they reporting the issue with the sizing issue after waiting over a month. They never resent the christmas dress which they said they would send out. Still waiting waiting for the other dress but I won't hold my breath on it being the correct size. Shipping is terrible – They state that some items are shipped from overseas. I ordered something on 16th September. Both are coming from China. Nearly a month later, one hasn’t left China and the other has been shipped to America first, considering they also charge you for shipping it’s pretty poor service. Total scam company – I ordered 2 items for my grandson . They claim they were delivered, they were not. They could not provide me with proper tracking .
