Today, 26 March 2024, the date booked, I received a phone call advising me of the arrival of the removalists.

Craig and Mark were extremely professional. They took great care of my furniture whilst ensuring that there was no damage to my new home or the property I was vacating. The move was completed expediently and efficiently. I cannot speak highly enough about the service provided by Craig and Mark and would recommend them in the highest terms. Moving home is always a stressful event, however, I can honestly say it was a smooth and easy experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a FIVE STAR experience on a budget, you cannot go past BUDGET REMOVALS.

BUDGET REMOVOALIST CAN NOT RECOMEND – The same amount of goods and furniture (in fact there was a lot less furniture than last time that 2 workers from Man with a Van 2 hours and 1 hour to unload paid for 4hous). should not have tried to fit everything on one move which took too long to do and badly stacked it was only 5 min down the road. The people were polite and tried but was made to feel guilty over their poor management. Was not happy they wiped out (pulled from the ground) my $2500 front gates with their truck and didn't tell me i pointed it out and they said they would be back to fix it but i have now had it fixed by a professional at my cost too much furniture broken and other goods. Please make sure you put protectors over sliding door tracks when pushing trollies over these to prevent them bending.

Glad it's over – This move was for our family home contents from the city to a regional area. the estimated hours we were given and there was no plausible justification or explanation for the increase, particularly for the travel time (including from the depot to our home). There were also additional charges when the invoice was presented, and these had not been previously disclosed or discussed with us.

Prior to the move we were assured that everything would be well cared for and that our goods would be fully insured within the hourly rate. However, multiple items were scratched and damaged, partly through rough handling (the trolleys did not even have any rubber guards) and also by not being properly protected with blankets when on the road. After a great deal of effort we received back a nominal amount for the damage, but it is nowhere near enough to cover the repairs and loss of value to our furniture.

I made the mistake of not getting the quote in writing first, and also not asking to see proof of insurance cover before we booked our move. The pre-sales pitch was so convincing, I believed everything was going to be great. But after the actual experience, I hope we never have to move again!

We got let down by Movee, just didnt turn up!! We then hired these guys and they were professional, polite and efficient. Nothing was too difficult for them. We recommended them to our real estate agent as they were so good.

Amazing removalists, highly recommend – Craig and Carter arranged my move and were absolutely amazing. Was so easy to get booked in and they were really flexible about requiring a second trip for the rest of my stuff. I had a heap of boxes of books and lots of plants, plus other pieces of furniture that all arrived safe. Couldn’t recommend them more, they were polite, chill and generally lovely people.

Craig and Mark were great! – We moved from a 4 bedroom double storey house to a 4 bedroom double storey house. The guys arrived on time and worked hard and constantly. Nothing was too hard for them. Very friendly and helpful. We will be using them again!

They are the best removalist yet – I am so thankful that I chose this company for my move they were on time, went the extra time to make sure they packed the truck well to fit all items on board. Their courtesy and respectful behaviour made a long day so much easier. The cost was below what I was expecting and they did not damage one item. Would gladly recommend them to anyone.

Professional and efficient – Getting caught in the COVID19 crossfire, moving to a rental and then returning to our own home 6 weeks later, Craig and his team were efficient, professional and compassionate. It was a big move, both ways over a short distance. Every care was taken with our household goods and furniture. I can't thank you enough for assisting us in what has been a stressful time.

Excellent move – Craig arrived early to check on the size of our move and from that point on it was smooth sailing. Great guy excellent conversationist and he and his offsider worked hard and in such a professional manner. Great work guys you get our vote every time.

A big job very well done – Craig and Caleb did a great job moving all my goods from a 3 bedroom townouse. They were friendly and very efficient and very reasonably piced. They handled everything with care and made a big move with some large heavy items seem effortless. Would strongly recommend them for your house move.

Fantastic removalists – I moved from a 2 brm apartment to a 3 brm house two suburbs away earlier this week. Budget Removals were on time, efficient and very careful with my items. They provided a wonderful service and I cannot fault them at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again!

Not Satisfied – I used Budget Removals & Storage on 30 December 2015 for home moving of a 3 bed room house. The vehicle was accompanied by a truck driver and an offsider. The Offsider is very rude and careless. Offsider was fighting with the Driver all the time and disturbing his job as well. Offsider did a very bad job and damaged some of the items. I am not happy about the job they did and I will not recommend them for anyone.

Very Good Service From Both Staff – This was my 9th move by a private company. I found both staff members to be very professional and efficient in their work. Would recommend both to another person should they need a removalist.

I can not recommend them highly enough – Eddy & Dan have been fantastic. They have worked their socks off non stop for 10 1/2 hours with hardly a break. They are both very professional, very careful with heavy delicate boxes. They have happy and cheerful personalities despite the incredibly hard and back-breaking work they do.
