its a beast that isn't very user friendly – I purchased the mono November 20 for my expecting second child April 21. Ive been using it for a few weeks and really struggling. The folding leavers are super hard to push in and lift up to fold it down that I can be 5 minutes in the car park trying to get them to move. I have the bugaboo capsule and adapters as well, the capsule is too wide to… Read more

sit next to the seat for my toddler. With the capsule on and extended to a duo with the seat, the seat doesn't engage on easily. I have to put the seat on first before the capsule and then it is difficult to change the incline of the seat because the capsule is wider then the seat or bassinet. It isn't easy packing the boot. Its lovely to push, but bigger and clunkier then I'm happy with. I'm very disappointed given we spent so much money on pram and capsule for an easy travel system and i'm cursing in the car park trying to get it to work. I live regionally and plan on taking back to store hoping for a refund.

Love my bugaboo donkey – I purchased the bugaboo donkey mono from david jones when on clearance for $1099. You pay extra for everything with bugaboo so also had to purchase a hood (about $100) and cup holder for $50. This is my 2nd pram having first purchased a silvercross which bub refused to sit in. Bugaboo donkey is amazingly smooth and donkey comes with a side… Read more ·  1

basket which is probably my favourite thing about the pram. Note only the donkey has this side basket. Pram is big and heavy although this is pretty much the deal with all good prams which have a decent storage basket underneath.

I adore this pram! – I love this pram! It's super easy to push and steer. I chose it so when the second bub comes along, I can have them side by side (facing me, facing out of facing different ways!). The shopping basket has made life so easy - perfect for the nappy bag and saves me bending over to get things out from underneath. It is slightly heavier than other… Read more ·  1

prams I looked at, but that's the pay off for all it's features (in saying that, it's not too heavy for me at all). Folding it takes some practice but is then easy. The Bugaboo customer service is also good!

Love it – Easy to move , as a mono it is about the same width as a wheel chair so most places are compliant and can easily move around. The side basket it awesome , great for just dumping stuff into it. Folds down pretty small for how big it is. We also made sure it fit into our car before buying it . but most would be trapped by that.

Good Pram, but better have a big boot – So firstly you better own a big SUV/4x4. I have a BMW X5 E70 and it takes up the intire boot. I only use it as the mono at the moment, but have used it on a few ocations as a duo. Firstly as a mono It's great, it has a locket basket on the side that hold your bag, and everything else. The basket underneath can also hold a small bag or… Read more

blankets/toys. The way the pram drives is the best part of the design, it's smooth, it works well.. But when I unpack my year old one it does stick when I try and in fold it.. (frustrating a little)

Secondly, as a duo.. Still a great driving pram.. however, where do you put your bag.. it doesn't fit a normal sized baby's bag in the bottom basket even though it looks large.. I think they need to add some hooks to be able to strap a baby's bag on the handle bar.

Other then, great design. I've even used the rain cover twice it worked fantastically..
