dollars. We used them before for a lounge room carpet and were very happy, this time they got it all wrong. We wanted some flooring for a hallway and were quoted a price we were happy with, then the fitter wantedn to charge another price on top.

Be very careful as they have gone down in service.

Great showroom, terrible installation due to damage – Burrows were great to deal with in terms of the showroom piece however the guys who installed the carpet could not care less about chips, dents and damage to the pre-existing skirting and recent paint job. we have been told we will get a call to discuss however this has not happened after three attempts on our behalf.

I think their products are good quality but customer service is terrible, they’re extremely rude – The guys who served us was not interested in serving or selling products (apparently he is the owner), and the lady who works with him was extremely rude. we get the carpet laid, they put this ugly plastic outdated finish which they didn’t ask us but charged $30 each. It makes sense why they’re downsizing!

3 months later they cant even quote the right rooms – Burrows came out in november to quote for new carpets in my house, promising they could install before christmas. They couldnt even get the quote to me until a day or 2 before christmas, in which they had completely forgotten to include 1 room for carpet and hadnt priced the timber flooring i requested at all. to be told they would fix it and get it out in the next day or 2. Contacted again on feb 2 to be told they would have my quote sorted in a week or 2 and that they had been busy moving shops. The owner william was very rude when reminded the carpet was supposed to be quoted and installed for christmas. I have told them ill take my business elsewhere and recommend others do too. Do you really want to do bussiness with someone who cant even get the quote right.

Helped us out with time critical install pre-shutdown over Christmas and new year – We were moving into a newly purchased home and realised the carpets needed replacing (4 bedrooms). I did the Fyshwick rounds in mid-Dec 2020 and each supplier said no way-carpet layers and stock not available...except Burrows Carpets. before Christmas and measured up. Worked on the quote and sent through the next day-yes, Sunday! Very pleased we were able to get carpet installed before Christmas shutdown so we could move in. Careless work – New floating floor looks good but that's more a credit to the manufacturer (Quick-Step) than the installer. Zero care taken by installation crew to preserve existing doors, door frames, skirting boards and walls. Holes, chips, splits everywhere. Also no expansion joint installed where recommended by manufacturer.
