with BBO later sending me an email advising when the blinds had been dispatched from its WA manufacturing facility and when they were expected to arrive. My vertical blinds arrived on time, as pre-scheduled with Linn.

The blinds were superbly packaged, which allayed any fears that I had about them being damaged due to their being delivered via several courier depots to their regional NSW destination.

I had no trouble fitting them in accordance with the excellent installation instructions provided by BBO. They supplied screws to attach the brackets holding the horizontal rail for the blinds to the window reveal and even provided a drill bit for drilling pilot holes for the screws.

Overall, the whole experience dealing with BBO was exemplary and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to purchase blinds. As for Linn, thank you for the fantastic customer service throughout the whole ordering and delivery process. You are definitely a very valuable asset to your company.

Lying – Purchase two block out blinds on their website and paid for extra delivery insurance. problem particularly shipping from state to state. I send them a lot photos for evidence and request a replacement by emails in same day but had no hear from them for days, made many calls finally get though to a lady, she said will process the replacement, and will be despatch in 5 business days but it's never be the case. Before they sending out of my order, I requested that they need to ensure the width of blinds are correct, they have confirmed that they have cut to meet the measurement that I was request, they are lying again , they never checked the blinds measurement before packaging, instead they are 25mm over the size from my order when I received it, it's completely impossible to be installed in recess fitted windows. I have lost my confidence in their products and requested a full refund with sending them many photos for evidence for the errors they have made, days later they were agreed to issue a refund, because I have been deceived several times and I needed to be very cautious about it, I will wait for few day otherwise will fight for my entitlement. It's bad experiences and it's completely different with those positive reviews, be aware that the manufacturer is Westral WA.

updates from the company almost every day on every step of the manufacturing process. We received the blinds almost a week earlier than we were expecting.

After unpacking the product, we realised that although we ordered the blinds for recess installation the configuration of our window frames and alignment with the ceiling makes it easier and more sturdier to complete installation using the angle brackets.

We sent an email to their support team asking for additional brackets. They dispatched them via Express post the same day, no questions asked!

We installed the blinds ourselves with the help of the detailed instructions included in the order. They fit perfectly and look great.

not completely happy. I purchase a double blind thinking that the back blind (the blind that gets left down) would be see through, opaque. however you cannot see through at all. Fantastic support and service – I ordered vertical blinds through buyblindsonline for a sliding door because they are made to measure. When I received them the track was badly damaged. I called through to the company and spoke to Linn and explained what had happened. I sent a photo and there was no hesitation to order a replacement . I received it within a week of shipping and in perfect condition ( it had to travel from WA to QLD ). I could not recommend them highly enough .
